I was divorced 10 yrs ago.. after a 24 yr. marriage to a controlling alcoholic. my daughters were 19 and 16 at the time I love them. They chose to stay with whomever got the house. I owned my business (and building ) so he got the house. I begged my girls to come with me.. They choose to stay with the house where he was never home,as he was at a tavern or with his buddies... and they could be alone. At the age of 22 my oldest daugher married a man 13 yrs older than her (father figure). She has threatened divorce several times, wants to have a child and he can not give her one. (Her stepdaughter is 2 yrs younger than her).. Well I got married.. moved away but kept in touch as much as she would let me. She is an RN. She has health issues. She has had her brain zapped no work She wont talk to me.. only if she needs something.when she wanted to divorce her husband and moved in with me when I moved back to the area. Then it was another 3 months,she will not have contact. .. help.

my husband lost his high paying job. we are broke paying bills on my disability. I feel terrible.. should I feel bad filing bankruptsy with the economy being as it is. We went from $110,000 a yr. to my$10,500 disabiltiy check. He is looking for a job but no one is hiring with his education and age. HELP
