Be prepared for a long story.

There is this friend of mine on the internet. we're similar, yes. And he lives not that far away, we've met briefly once.

On the internet, he flirts with me, sends me hearts a lot, but it seems that he avoids me. He never answers my questions (and never says BRB). And if you ask him a yes/no question, he'll never answer, he never likes to say yes or no, and he loves to prank and screw around with me a lot. The thing is, I like him. And like I said, he flirts with me a lot and sends me hearts, but i told him I liked him once and he said that his chances were too low to last with anybody else. But he still kept flirting. He kinda acts like he just wants in my pants when i'm old enough sometimes.

Anyway, we had a falling out. I confronted him about the avoiding and all he said was "bbl" and left, so I just kinda blocked him on everything.

Should I bring him back and apologize? This isn't the first time this has happened, but i just don't know what to do anymore.
