I have a Roth 401k at my job and just started a Roth IRA on my own. I've contributed around 5k to my ira But I'm wondering when will I be paying taxes on it? is it already taxed when I contribute it or do I have to pay for it during tax season? Its been a Roth IRA not a conversion to a Roth from a traditional.

Ive bought a couple stocks of google (just a handful). but I'm trying to see what startup or companies would be a good investment now for long term (I'm in my 30s) I've seen like Irobot stock and a few like that but I'm looking for something that is low cost now but has the potential to skyrocket longterm like google and them did. any suggestions? thanks

I have my employer 401k which has fidelity fcntx in it but i recently also opened an ira. Im thinking about investing in fcntx (even though i already have a small portion in my 401k. But also im thinking about just kinda investing it in technology shares like FANG. Im not but any means wealthy and i contribute around $100/month to my ira so its not allot but over time itll grow more also being in my 30s still have tine for it to build. Any suggestions?

New to investing. I just opened an IRA and am looking into investing in the fidelity contrafund. I like what it has apple,Facebook, Berkshire Hathaway, etc. Ive read its a big fund with like 110 billion in assets (not sure if that's good or not). I know it used to have big returns but im not sure if it still does or not. Also ive read people say its getting to big. What difference would that make if still invest in good stocks,? Thanks

They are both Roths because I'd rather pay taxes up front than later and also with taxes low now and the fed tax hike could happen.Was that correct? what things affect Roth or traditional retirement tax increases?thanks

I remember seeing a tattoo before and would like to know what its called. It was a just a basic arm sleeve tattoo of what kinda looked like big black oval raindrops (filled in black) with space in between each one so the arms not completly inked up but still pretty decent sized and it looked( kinda staggering-?, first one was left the next right the left going down the arm. I started doing a online dating site and i met a girl on there and we talked for a week or two more and more then i asked her for her last name and she said apologized and said it was to soon. I was thats okay. Then i asked if she wanted to meet someplace and get something to eat and she said ok then i started to name of places and she didnt reply back. So i said if shr want to get something sometime let me know when shes available and where and i meet her there. Well that was last week and ive been messaging every couple days hi but she doesnt reply back but ik she gets on cause it shows it (right after i send it)? Like i said for the first week or so we were having conversations but then it stopped abruptly. What happened or should i say or do.

Ive met this girl and hungout with her once or twice (while she was dating/going out for a short time) anyway they broke up and I added her on fb and she accepted anyway she called me after they broke up and we talked for a bit that was like month or two ago. Anyway we have been texting the last few weeks (I text first she hasn't but she usually replies ) anyway I saw her for the first time in person a few weeks ago and she said if she and her friend (girl) go out to party that night (she'll get ahold of me, well she didn't so I text her and she said she was staying home and was saying ya me too etc, hoping shed invite me over but didn't. Anyway ive started texting her like every couple of days (3 or so) now ive tried calling twice but she text and said she was putting her kid to bed and I said its ok etc, just seeing if wanted to go get something to eat sometime (she didn't reply back, it was late and might've fell asleep I dont know. Then I tried to call again a few days ago to see if she had any plans on valentines day but didn't answer. So I text her earlier and asked if she had any plans on valentines day but she hasn't replied back. She said she did then again I asked her do you want to go out to eat (on this date) she put her head down and looked like like she was starting to cry she said yes we'll the day before we were supposed to I text her and asked her a few questions and then asked if she still wanted to get something to eat later she replied back and answered the first questions i asked but for not question about getting something to eat so again I asked about getting something to eat and she replied back with another really pathetic excuse. So I replied back and said im done being played if you really want to hangout let me know but no more games im done. She said, Wow ok I guess, Was I being played? We dont see each other now since we work different shifts now. I posted on my fb after this for people who dont want to talk or hangout with me to unfriend me but she didn't? PLEASE HELP I live in nebraska and am on unemployment the nebraska employment office sent me job referrals? One of the jobs I didn't get the other job referal is to a temp agency. In my state you can't refuse a job referral or they willl pull your unemployment benefits but I also know from my last experience with s temp agency that they lie ex) another employment agency told me that a job was a temp to perm job but after one week I got laid off and lost all of my unemployment because of a contract the temp places make you sign. All together I lost a few thousand dollars last time (housing and paying back unemployment because of the contract signed) but again if you refuse a refferal to a job you lose your unemployment. The last temp job I had where I had to pay back the money I asked the supervisor why I got laid off (not the agency) he said they only hire temp people not permanent people at that time (but the temp people said permanent, which was bs) so how can I refuse an state referral to a temp agency but still keep getting unemployment benefits? Im not a bum and I want to work but not through a temp agency? Also i live in a rural area and the job is 30 miles away but still thats not a suitable excuse for not taking s job. Thanks.

Id like to start training/ learning how to box for self defense,fitness,etc but their are no gyms and i dont know of anybody who teaches it so how can I learn how to do it first hand and find somebody who does teach it? I live in a rural area and the population is about 25,000 so its not a big area

Im a male in my late 20s. Ive lost around 45 pounds the last 9 months or so. Ive started to notice ive been developing noticeable wrinkles on my forhead.how can I get rid of them? I was only excessively overweight for awhile ( only like 2 or 3 years not 5 or 10 years) before I started to lose the extra. I weigh about 225 now. Also dont be saying botox or surgery because im a guy and also I couldn't afford it,

Im looking into getting a motion detection hidden camera to put in my place. Since im gone days at a time (4 days or so a week) I wont have time to replace the tape so that's why I want a motion detection. Also not to expensive either (around $50 or$100).
