Our neighbors stink up the hall with pot smoke and have not stopped even when asked twice. I have two kids!?
I have no problem with private smoking, but this is encroaching on shared space. The whole building smells like drugs. They were polite when asked, but obviously don't care. I need this to stop, but I don't want to get them in serious trouble. What can I do?
