I had my nape pierced about a month ago, it has been fine and doesn't hurt unless i fiddle with it but the right hole is really red and it is drying out. I don't think it is infected as i don't see a reason for it to be and its not *****. In case you want or need to know i clean it every day with sea salt, got it pierced in a piercing shop that i trust a lot by a trained Professionally.

would really appreciate the help full answers from people that know or have experienced it an professionals
