My boyfriend and his brothers found a 12ft John boat sunken in the river. They revived it and fixed it up so now we are trying to get it registered but do not have any proof of ownership or a title or any information of the boat whatsoever. How do we go about registering it to make it all legal?

I have a 2006 BMW 325i and the passengers side headlight mysteriously stopped working. My brights and fog lights work just fine. Replaced bulb twice, bought new headlight assembly, checked fuses...what else could the problem be? Other headlight works fine.

I got blood drawn at the ER because I was feeling very dehydrated from horrible morning sickness. They used a vacutainer needle to draw the blood from my arm, then inserted a short, small, flexible white tube in to my vein. I didn t watch them do it since it made me queasy, but remember looking over and seeing the tube in my arm and no needle. What was little tube for? Never had this done with any other blood test...just curious! TIA

My friend had a baby 6 weeks ago. She called her employer to tell them she was ready to go back to work and they told her they were over staffed and to consider herself laid off. She worked at a resturuant with a fairly high turn over rate...it is going in to football season and they are always hiring new girls. She worked for this company for about a year prior to going on leave and did not leave until she was 36 weeks...however was extremely pressured to leave earlier. She was never given any notice of not being able to come back. They seem to be biased towards her...another girl had given birth recently and was able to come back no problem. And she came back in the slow season this year. Any legal advice? This happened in Florida.

I have more of an interest in the air force mainly because the living standards I've been told are better quality , however I've also been told that army guarantees the career you are looking for if it ranges within your scores on the asvab...which would you pick and why? And if you have recently completed BMT for the air force, how was your experience with it?

Been talking to this guy for 2 months..we live about an hour away from eachother have been all the way intamacy wise and I have met his mother..I texted him tonight told him to call me tmrw since he's always busy I don't like to call him and he said "just call" I said "ok just don't want to interrupt your gym session or other gf's time" he responded "shut up lol off to work ttyl" cause he works nights...when I said other gf's time I said that to see how he would respond to see if he would say "oh you're my girlfriend now?" But no. Was he oblivious or does he already consider me his girlfriend? I'm such a overanalyzer!!!

Been talking to a guy for over a month. I have been hanging out with this guy since the middle of February... We have already had sex... I meet his mother slept over his house.. He mentioned these gauges that he wanted so I bought them and was thinking about mailing them to him as a surprise with a note saying "thinking about you makes me smile". Is that too cheesy? Sweet? Ive been with my bf for a year or so and he has 2 kids with his ex. I didn't think t would be a big deal until now. besides the absurd child support he pays her, he is constantly at her feet ready jump when she asks him too. I have mentioned it and he has improved a little, however he still tries satisfying her but he makes me think he is doing it for him not her. I also notice that he is more motivated and happier the days he has his kids compared to when it is just him and I. I feel like we are always on his exs schedule and cannot make plans until we get the ok from her. I love my boyfriend but I cant keep a relationship that already has ties. we sort of live together now which makes a difficult for me to break up with him...advice?

I recently turned 18 and I am looking to start a contract with Sprint. (I have heard the negatives about contracts already). I was probably going to go with a Galaxy S3 with an individual plan, unlimited messaging and data and 450 talk mins. It's $79.00/month.

However, I do not have any credit cards and I really don't want one at the moment, so would I be able to begin a contract with Sprint without credit or will I have to pay a deposit?

If I have to pay a deposit how much would it be for someone who has no credit?

Unless there are any alternatives besides non-contract.
