I have been having this issue that just happened yesterday that Windows Explorer keeps on having errors. Every time I touch my desktop/taskbar my screen loads and turns white for 3 seconds and goes back to normal. I have no clue what is happening. I thought it was my graphics card driver but maybe not. I really really need help. Reason why is because I have a 4k monitor and a 1080p monitor. I have a 4k monitor on the bottom and a 1080 on top of it, when I move my mouse up to get to that monitor, my mouse hits a border because the 1080 is too small so I need to move my mouse in the middle to get my mouse to that monitor. I could decrease the size of my 4k down to a 1080 but who wants to do that?

I am looking into two different types of cameras and I want to know what has the best value. One is a camera and one is a camcorder. Reason why I am looking into this is because I want really good quality video.

AX33 4K Handycam or the A6300 Camera. Now I know that the AX33 is mainly for videos and all that but is it better quality than the A6300? Its only a few dollars different so what is the best value?

You would believe that a camcorder has better quality but it seems to me that the Camera A6300 is a better option. I am just not experienced with cameras to know.

I am no expert with buying cameras and I need help. I wan t a camera that can do 4k video but I noticed that most cameras are over $2000. I looked around and found a few cameras that I liked, but the megapixels throw me off all the time. Fo example my phone is a sony xperia z3 and is capable of doing 4K video 20.7 MP. And my phone camera has more MP then most cameras I see. Whats up with that? Also can someone help me find a cheap camera that can do 4K.

Lets just say I want to go from Shinagawa station In tokyo and go to Saitama/omiya station. Saitama is just out side of Tokyo and its considered a city according to google.

I noticed that Tokaido Line is connected to each stations. Will a pasmo card work? or do I need to pay out of pocket because its out side of Tokyo?

I was told that Pasmo cards only work within greater tokyo or something like that.

Another example would be Shinagawa Station Tokyo to Hamamatsu, Shizuoka station. Its 250km away and it uses that same Tokaido Line. So what is considered part of tokyo transit when tokyo transit goes to other cities?

If I use my pasmo card to get on the train for a city that is 250km away then when I get there I wont be able to use my pasmo card/scan it. What do I do??

I have a chequing account and a savings account. I decided to get a savings account a year ago thinking it would be a good idea. But I made it in August 31, 2015 and I only made $1.12 from this account from interest. I have about $2000 in it so that's about $0.08 a month. Should I place it in a mutual funds account? I have one already but in Canada we are in a somewhat recession so I don't know. I am only 21 so I have time to make my money back if I lose it but I am not exactly certain. To me a savings account is not worth it and I want it somewhere else. Any thoughts?
