why can't you go to college in the day and still collect unemployment, especially if its only 1 class per week?
If you only attend 1 class a week for 4 hours thats enough to keep a person from getting unemployment...well companies do interviews at different hours of the day and to me this is crazy... You can go out from 12 noon til businesses close, plus some companies even interview on weekends. Why is this a rule?
3 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoHospital lost my mothers dentures, can a dentist go there to replace them?
One hospital lost my mothers top set of dentures, they have agreed to replace them but she needs them now, she is back in main hospital since having to go back to ER, how do I find out if a dentist will go to the hospital? I have worked with case workers on this from both hospitals but they keep stalling saying they can't find a dentist. Nurses says it is causing complications in mothers health care, shallow tests, and may delay her discharge... Any help appreciated and this is in Orlando, Florida.
1 AnswerDental1 decade agoLong question? My father died intetate (no will), mother has life estate
My father was the only one on the vested deed was only in my fathers name. Interest was probated as her life estate but interest 1/4 each to 4 children. If she owes IRS or Dept of Revenue (since she owns a business on the property) could the IRS or DOR (since she owes sales taxes) be put on the property for her bad debts? Also if she is on my deed (which is right to survivorship) could IRS put lien against my property? I should of had this one changed years ago but never thought mother would go crazy like she is now. Thanks

2 AnswersFamily1 decade agoWhat is the difference between a deed and a title on property?
My father passed away with the title only in his name and mother says she has a deed that shows her name on it, however the lawyers claim that they have no proof after looking for 2 months that mother is the sole owner. Since dad died with no will then it has to go through probate and be divided 1/2 to her the the remainder to the heirs (their children). What is the difference between deed and title, mother thinks they are one in the same and lawyers disagree, saying it depends on what kind of deed and they find nothing in records at court house to show she is sole owner.
Another thing the lawyers are stating since the property was homestead type property that she not only gets 1/2 and 25% of the other half for her life estate... Help on this would be appreciated.
No probate can be done until title is amended to show all on it and we are in process of selling the property... any suggestions on how to resolve this smoothly... mother will not budge and neither will attorneys...
4 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoLong detailed issue here: My father died without a will. My mother now wants to sell the property. Taxes??
Since she wants to sell the property and title is only in my fathers name. So its a intestate issue, with 1/2 going to my mother and the remainder going to the children.
How does capital gains work on this and estate taxes??
Any other taxes, Florida has no capital gains tax, but I know the property has to go through Probate in order for my mother to sell the property...it was considered homestead property but her name not on vestible deed only my fathers... so as long as she lives there all stays as is but selling the property changes everything.
Thanks for any help!!
