Bobbi

I guess the most important thing to say about myself is that I am an animal advocate. For the past 20 years I have been active in animal rescue, foster, rehabilitation and adoption. From trapping feral cats for spay/neuter to bottle feeding orphaned puppies, I have pretty much done it all. I also have a passion for reptiles. I was originally drawn in by the genetics of the new morphologies that started to evolve in the late 90's. My degrees are in Biology and Genetics and I love any excuse to discuss the building blocks of life. I run a small breeding operation that focuses on Leopard Geckos and Bearded Dragons and have become close friends with many amazing people in the industry. I have worked as a vet tech in both domestic and exotic specialty clinics. I am currently workings towards completing my coursework for full veterinary licensure. I joined Y!A at the behest of a friend. So far it is both joyfully addictive and woefully stressful at the same time. ;)
