We have tree cutting hydraulic monsters that clamp onto a tree then cut it off at the base.Why can't

this machine be converted to a pipe clamp with a four sided automatic welder to secure then cut

pipe off flush. Add a slide plate to slowly cap the pipe off. Robotics can be added and a hydraulic

tank to run the machine from above site. Sounds crazy but i bet it would work if someone smarter then me designed and converted it. Clamp, Weld, cut, cap. on the bottom with control above.
