Is there a specific paint or dye that works best? Or will spray paint do fine?

playing syrim on pc with acouple mods, but nothing that should change the npc behaviour. I joined the legion, but stormcloaks wont attack me. when i spawn bandits, they wont attack me. stormcloaks dont even fight back when being attacked by imperials.

what can i do to fix this?

allows any items to be bought, no matter the level?

i think it would be better if all items are available at all levels, instead of only getting ebony once you reach level 20+

From my calculations, im guessing around 400? my xbox live gold expires in a week btw, so its not included

About 2 months or so ago, i started lagging and my ping and fps have become very unstable

I used to play at 60 fps and with about 110 ping, now its very unsteady, my fps will go from 60, drop to 15-25 and go back up, my ping will also rise to about 500 and will only come back down to about 160, needless to say, I've started lagging and freezing, so is there any way i can get my gameplay back to normal?

Btw, ive downloaded steam, bu that was after these problems started, and i exit when i play

I honestly don't know, and its not that big of a deal for me, but just bored and wondering, who do you guys think is the best?

so i'm no good with computers when it comes to games, i don't understand video cards, RAM and all that, so can someone explain this to me and tell me what i should do?

i want to be able to run GTA 4, but it says i need 256 MBof video RAM, and i only have 64

it says that i also should get this : 256MB NVIDIA 7900+ / 256MB ATI X1900+ i know its a video card, but besides that, i don't know, any help is great, and i have a laptop if that matters, and yes, i know its ****

I don't know much about computers when it comes to gaming, so i don't know anything about video cards and not much about RAM, but my laptop can run fallout new vegas on the lowest resolution (800x600) with a descent frame rate, and same with oblivion

I wanna get GTA 4, i don't care about graphics, i just wanna be able to play it, so considering how my computer runs new vegas and oblivion, will I be able to run GTA 4 well enough to enjoy it, regardless of resolution?

and if it helps i have an HP pavillion g series, this is it, and i know its shitty

it increases your stamina in skyrim, but in oblivion and morrowind it made you stupid for a while, increase your speed and strenght, and decreased our agility, so would it make you hipper? what are your thoughts/ideas? and would you try it?
