  • MS Excel question?

    Hi, I am working with a large excel spreadsheet. The raw data contains records of customer queries and each query has its own ticket number.

    Reporting is a bit difficult, as some of the tickets have two or more duplicate entries. On a new sheet within the same workbook, I want to be able to consolidate the duplicate entries into one entry as well as copy across the unique entries. Is this possible? If so how?

  • Word 2002 keeps freezing, what's up with that?

    Word 2002 keeps freezing when I open a document to edit, no error messages, just freezes. Its the same document, no other document has this problem. There are no macros or links in the document, and it was fine before. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
