I am looking to buy my first longboard. I will be using it mainly for transport to and from school, so mostly sidewalk and road usage. I am fairly small, about 5 foot 2. I want something that will do the job well, but isn't extremely expensive. Any suggestions?

I have done this project previously and have found that ducted motors have worked best, we are running the motor off of a 9 volt battery. I am looking for advise as to what the best motor brand and type of battery to use. I am looking for the most speed and power as I can get. Thanks!

I am in a science competition where we are running a small ducted fan off of a nine volt battery. I am wondering what type of batteries you would suggest. I have used lithium ion and nickel metal hydride batteries. Both seemed to have a VERY short life with the ducted fan. But the Nickel metal hydride did seem to make the fan run faster which is ideal. If you have any suggestions please let me know, also if you know of any good fans ducted or not, that run fast, please let me know.

I have been wanting to learn to play bass guitar for some time now. I have someone who is willing to teach me how to play. But what type of guitar should I get? What about amps? I need to know for a school project.

I am looking to get a new cell phone my carrier is us cellular. Some of the cell phones I was looking are the samsung caliber, motorola crush, Lg bliss, Lg tritan, Lg banter or the HTC Tough pro. I have a golden and he is a REALLY fast learner. I am trying to think of some new tricks to teach him. I have a golden retriever that is about 5 years old. He is a pretty healthy dog besides the fact that he has a thyroid problem that causes him to have seizures. This morning I got up at about 7:10 to let him out. As we walked up the steps to our main floor he ran into the wall a little bit. But it was just his body not his head so I figured that he was alright. I let him out on our deck and it was raining but not too hard and the rain doesn't bother him. But when he went to go down the steps of our deck he didn't want to go. But he went within a couple of seconds. He seemed a little wobbly but went to the bathroom. I called him to come in the house but he was having trouble walking. He kept looking at me but it was like his legs weren't working for him. He kept walking in kind of circles. I went out to help him and just had him lay there a while. After 5-10 minutes I decided to help him walk back in. I grabbed his collar and helped to stabilize him. Once inside he seemed fine. What do you think happened?? Should I bring him to the vet?? Please help!
