This is for Echo and anyone who keeps saying I am not providing enough information for the neo problem. I have written numerous groups, and yahoo and here and said what others have said. If I use Firefox, IE or MSN Neo does not work. I cannot post "New Topic" I cannot reply to members from within the group. The post returns to YAHOO mail as undeliverable due to it not being plain text. Plain text doesnt work either, the same thing happens. I cant fix this, I cant see anywhere in my group to fix it. I cannot reply to my members. I lost a very good long time lady yesterday becasue she thinks I am at fault for not being able to reply. Your lovely CS dept emailed me the same thing you have asked, explain where and why this happens. I have said it a hundred ways in a hundred places. I am not the only person with the problem

Btw, often when I click the group Conversation button, it loads and loads and loads and never stops. Again, you have not provided assistance and you and your CS dept keep asking for info I already have stated in various locations.

For the record, Neo mail is also slow and doesnt work well.

Forum mods are sad that their customizations and hard work have been replaced by Neo. The Neo stock photos are not friendly, and many are sorry to see them in place of photos or designs they worked hard to put in their groups.

Please provide a satisfactory fix for this situation, before you lose groups and groups lose members. It is extremely confusing when they cannot see what we see if we have gotten hit with the Neo plague.

I think Neo is cumbersome, bothersome and tedious to read through. I alao think if one person could actually tell me how to do the things I need to do, at least it would be a minor accomplishment. Never mind the fact that all my friends are blissfully still using the old groups format, and happy that they are. And they can see their custom pages and home pages that they designed,and not the stock photos Neo uses.

Nah, never mind all that. Just tell me how to do what I need to do because so far no one has, not Yahoo!

OK, so it doesnt work. Things were fine yesterday when it was back to normal, now today messed up. I asked you exactly why it wont let me post new topics or reply to my member.s posts You wrote back and blamed it on my email program. Well am using Yahoo mail. So I asked again. Now today you write back and tell me that my question was solved since I didnt write you back Excuse me but I did, I wrote many times to no avail. You also say that a select few of us are going to have to deal with this program, and we should leave you replies on your group feedback site. Do you not have enough complaints to toss out this whole neo thing and put us back where we were? Do you know how frustrating it is when our members dont even see Neo and cant figure out why we cannot reply to them from within the site? You need to admit this isnt working and put groups back to the old format. You didnt have any issues, you didnt have angry people and you didnt have members who were not getting their topics replied to. And for the record, Neo mail doesnt work properly either.

OK< yahoo mods, tell me if I cannot get rid of NEO, which most of my friends dont see and think I am crazy for even mentioning, then how do I get my group to accept my New Topic posts and replies? Apparently I have it set to not take attachments, and it thinks those are attachements.

Every single new topic post or reply on the group site, comes back to my email as bounced and undeliverable. I cant use my group and for goodness sake, it's MY GROUP!

I am trying to post to my groups I belong to, and groups I manage. My mail is coming back to me stating it needs to be in plain text. How do I fix this so my messages post?
