I'm looking at getting a two year old Irish who is predicted to make 16hh, she is about 14.2hh, her sire lines are 16hh - 17hh and dam lines 15.3hh - 16hh, will she make 16hh or pushing it 16.1hh ?? X

So basically we have a medium sized field, in which a section is fenced off with electric fencing for a lamintic horse, the rest contains 3 geldings and 2 mares, which are majorly over weight, they have plenty of water and are given a hay net which contains 2/3 slices of a small bale each a day, which they don't really touch, the grass is short but enough, the other day the 3 gelding managed to get out and into the field next door, not because they were hungry because they didn't eat any hay and the field next door is exactly the same, the woman who's horse is in the sectioned off has posted on face book that they are starving and need to be fed twice a day, that they will get colic, and that we shouldn't be in there if we cant look after our horses, we go down everyday twice, they are fed hay which they don't touch and they are out 24/7, they get the best care, she said she couldn't get her horse out as they will barge her, my horses don't barge nor do anything nasty, if you just walk past them they walk off and move out the way, or they are doing are being noisy, which she knows, no one else has had a problem with them, she also mentioned about the fact her horse is ill (laminitic) and we should respect it, i don't see what it has to do with the issue as i have a pony which is laminitic myself, they have not caused her horse any stress or affected it in anyway as they mostly stay away from it due to the electric fencing, i do everything for my horses and all i seem to do is get stabbed in the back, i have had horses all my life, my parents have had horses all their life we know what we are doing, we are more experienced than the women is and i have helped her out many times and she has stabbed me in the back, this is the full story, whats your point of view ??

We went to see a pony today, he was perfect, but we are abit concerned about the fact he hasnt lost his winter coat, its thickish. He was abit sweaty but he has not long had his rug took off and it was 22 degrees today, he is very under weight but apart from that he is fine, i think it could be too things either crushings or the fact he hasnt been looked after properly as he looks like he hasnt been brushed and hes very under weight. He has just got back from loan home. What do you think it could be ??

I have at the moment a 16hh thoroughbred, (hes just slightly below 16hh) and he carries me fine and people say im not to tall for him

shes a 15.1hh 6 years irish cob. Im 5ft 5/6 10 stone, and the BEGINNER is 6ft 15 stone, the beginner doesnt want anything to big as only started riding, At the moment the beginner rides a 15.2 cob and he looks okay, at a riding school.
