Please no nasty comments, i have massive trust issues and struggle talking to people. I was abused by my father for years and i think as a result i have major issues with talking to people. Or worrying about what they think of me. I get so paranoid in social situations. I don't know what to do to change and i don't want this to hold me back any longer.

We were together for 3 years and then broke up for a few months and then got back together. I made a new account on fb because mine was playing up and added them all again and none of them have accepted my friend request. Plus its obvious his family don t like me because of how the act towards me now. I guess they are worried about him getting hurt, i just don t know what to do to mend these relationships... feeling sad and overwhelmed.
