  • 10:15 mi... what do I do?!?

    So I've never done a sport, and I am not exactly in shape. I am 5'6 and 130 pounds. I'm a sophomore in highschool. I am not fat whatsoever but I suck at running! The thing is, I love running! I have been going to track workouts for the past two weeks and it's been okay. We run 200m x5 walking 100m in between for warmups then proceed to our workouts. I got timed yesterday for the mile and the 200m and my times were 10:15 and 48.19... That's extremely terrible. Should I keep going or will I get better? We run/walk about 3-5 miles at practice daily. Practice is two hours long usually.

  • Should I continue with this?

    I've never played a sport in my life besides Karate in elementary school. I used to run occasionally but I stopped and was never really fast. I am now on the track team, and the first practice was insane... We ran about 3-4 miles in total and some stretches. I was one of the last people to finish a 350 and a 450 sprint. I was exhausted and began to cry when it ended. I'm a sophomore, I'm at a healthy weight. What do I do? Will this ever get better? What should I do to build my stamina?

  • Should i lose a couple pounds ? PLEASE HELP.?

    Ok so I'm really insecure about my weight. I am a girl, 5'6, 14 years of age, and 123-128 lbs. Whenever I complain about feeling chubby/fat everyone says I'm skinny. If I'm skinny then why do I feel fat ?! My stomach is kinda flat but some days it feels heavy. If I am a little overweight, what are good exercises to lost weight and a good low- moderate calorie diet? Thank you so very much.
