am currently in an administrative hearing case. I asked for an appeal for a CPS case. I am confident that I will win the appeal.

When I win can I somehow make them pay for my time as well as my lawyers?

This seems like a given since an administrative hearing means that the agency messed up.

If not, what are my options?

I know I am able to represent myself but I would prefer to have a pro do it, as I would probably end up alienating myself.

On a 5 lane road can you be ticketed for queuing up in the left lane to turn at an intersection after center turn lane is filled?

I am making an inventory sheet in excel for tracking Fuel pumped into planes. My truck holds 3000 and my tank holds 17000. I would like a excel to add up the totals from each time I fill a plane and subtract that from the truck and then when I refill the truck I would like to have a column setup to put an x in and that would reset the truck to 3000. The point being I can always see how much is in my truck and how much I used that month in fuel. Is this possible?

I received a ticket for parking on my front yard. I was about a foot off of my driveway. I went around today and took pictures of all the cars and junk in front yards. I live in a low class community and I am not condoning my actions but my car rarely is parked like that. If I have a friend or family member coming over. I don't trust my car in the street. Can I take these pictures and at least try or are my attempts going to be futile? This is primarily a African American Community and I am not of that heritage. I even had problems with the building inspector after I bought the house. I get letters to mow my grass when it is barely grown and my neighbors and most of my community could hide cars on their lawn. The abandoned and run down houses are dilapidated and many are not even boarded up. What are my options?

I filed with Turbo-tax. It was sent on Jan.13th and accepted by the IRS on Jan. 17th. My "wheres my refund" page states "being processed and should arrive before 1/31/2012.

95 ford windstar... 3.8 liter. When shift linkage is removed it still won't move at transmission. van drives and shifts fine in drive. Just no park or reverse.

I reversed out of a parking stop. shifted to drive then drove 3 miles home. Upon arriving home tried to shift to park and it won't go past nuetral. Disconnected shift linkage and it moves freely. At transmission i can shift it into N D 1 2 but cannot shift into R or P. I have brake lights. What can cause this?

I have to pay 150 every month for Michigan Drivers Responsibility. I was paying with money orders, now I pay with checks. The checks get sent back to me digitally and they are cashed in Indiana. Do you see any reason for this?

When watching a video clip, it will sometimes freeze. It never does it in the same place twice. If the clip is short sometimes it doesn't do it at all. It happens on all video formats including but not limited to .mov, .avi, and .mp4. What are the possible causes. Thanks Here are my specs

I have a 1996 Dodge Avenger 2.0L. It has a manual 5 speed transmission. I drove the car roughly 14 miles letting it idle once with the A/C on for 15 minutes. This was about 5 city miles and 9 highway. The clutch worked fine until I engaged it to get on the off ramp of the freeway. I pushed it in and tried to downshift and it wouldn't. After finally slowing down I was able to massage it into 3rd and fortunately it was only about a mile home with only one turn. The clutch will not engage (or is it disengage?) and feels like there is no pedal.

I am trying to setup a looping background for a presentation. I am using a 10 seconds gif but if I put the gif on each slide it restarts at the beginning of each new slide. How can I make just the words change and not the have the background reset? Thanks

I have a 28 foot slick craft. this boat has twin V8 engines. The starboard engine is charging at 13.5-14 volts. The port engine goes between 12.35-12.78 depending on lights, radio and rpms. I have had the alternator tested and I have checked all the wires leading from the alternator. Is this the normal operation. The reason I ask is that I had a 1000 watt inverter hooked up to the port battery and it drained the battery.

Is this the correct way for it to charge or should both alternators be running?

Anyone know of a manual for a 1979 amf slickcraft (slick craft is now tiarra)

Hello all,

Just got my first boat......

Its a 196? Newman, with a 1961 Johnson 40 hp motor (RDSL-23). The boat is in pristine shape, however the engine is found lacking. I did a compression check and received 60psi on #1 and 63psi on #2. I checked the spark and I wasn't getting anything. I then followed the service manual suggested troubleshooting approach.

1. Spark plugs- checked out fine- [COLOR="Red"]still no spark[/COLOR]

2. unhooked both harness and all wires from cutout switch [COLOR="Red"]still no spark[/COLOR]

3. checked and replaced; points, coils, wires, and condensers.

4. flywheel has magnetism

5. ????? this is where I need your help??????

Does anyone have further steps I can take. I should have spark I am baffled.....Please help

My son is currently 4 years old (Mar 9th). He can write his name, say his ABCs, count to 30, complete simple patterns (2-3 colors or shapes), put together a 10-15 piece puzzle, recite his phone and address and many other things. Randomly, however he has written his name, numbers, letters, mommy, and daddy mirrored, backwards or a combination of both. They are always spelled correctly. Could he be dyslexic? I think it is both weird, strange and impressive. Should I tell him to correct this when it happens? He is in early learners, has always been "quick". Thanks guys

This is a question regarding the two offsets I have on my tax refund

I bought a copy of turbo tax to do my taxes. This is the first year I have had to do taxes. I have made a total of $6300.00 and have paid in federal about $10.00. I have two children one born in 2009 and the other was born in 2006. I am single, own my house (trailer). I was also a graduated with an associates in 2009. Turbo tax states that I will receive over $3000. How can this be?
