So, im planning on Auditioning for season 9 of American Idol...?

I have a voice alot like music soulchild(r&b), but dont know what song i should sing for the auditions. Any ideas? Please list 3-4, that NOT everybody else sings so i could bring something different to the table. Thanks and God Bless!

Ok, on my way back from Arizona on the way to my home in Austin, Texas, I was driving through this town at around 7:45 Sunday April 19th. Stopped at a light, i waited so i could continue on my path. I noticed a police car who’s light was on green drive past me on a crossing street, so I didn’t think anything of it. Well, turns out the officer deemed it necessary to go around a building and pull up behind me. When the light turned green, his lights went on, so I pulled aside thinking surely I didn’t do anything wrong, but apparently I had! When he walked up, he asked, “is there a reason you didn’t have your seatbelt on as I passed you?” I replied, “Sir, I have had my seat belt on for the past 17 hours of my road trip, are you sure it was me?” He then stated, “you are the only blue trailblazer on this road, so yes im sure.”

The messed up thing is, I had my seat belt on all along, Im 24 years old, in the process of applying to be a police officer myself, so I have no reason to start breaking the law now, so I asked him, “Was it because my seat belt isn’t attacked to the wall of the truck, but instead the seat?” He stated “no, you just didn’t have it on!” This baffled me a bit, but I still maintained my composure and requested to speak with his supervisor. At this time, he had already had the ticket written out and stated that if I didn’t sign it I would be arrested for failure to sign. “officer, I never said I didn’t want to sign it, I just asked if you could call your supervisor over so I could speak with him.” His reply was, “He’s busy!” The officer then called for backup, like I did something wrong.

I went ahead and signed the ticket, because God doesn’t like ugly! With that being said, could the ticket have been an issue of racism as my wife and I are an interracial couple with a beautiful mixed baby girl, both of whom were in the car and in plain sight of the officer? I have been leaning towards that, but honestly, with it being 2009, I don’t want to believe that this rookie police officer(I’ve checked his dept’s organizational chart) would still have that mindset. Not once, did he ask for my insurance or registration, not once did he ask why I had a Nebraska drivers license(Air Force), not once did he ask where I was going or coming from. I have my court date to fight it tomorrow, as a matter of fact, but would like to know your input on the matter, if you could give it. Thanks!

I have Brett Favre, but according to recent history, he has been awful against the Bears while playing in Chicago, and the weather is "Windy, snow early. Highs in Mid 20's & lows in low 20's.

Im a male r&B singer with a very wide range...2 weeks left until the auditions and i cant figure out which song to do. My voice is alot like musiq soulchild/smokie norful(Gospel)...Can anyone help?

Why do they still have the 2007 william hung? Are people really serious....Stephanie and Chris worse than Sanjaya and Haley??? I think thats funny...America makes hits out of songs about nothing now a days anyhow..."This is the way I live"....nobody cares how you live...well, not me at least...when is music really going to be an artistic form again? If Sanjaya keeps going on....we all must have extremely small IQ's if people still vote 4 him.....WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!
