I got the ticket and I need to send it in within 7 days(Already 2 days in counting). I live in City of Chicago and the ticket is also issued in Chicago. I have an option to take the Safety Driving school.

I like to know if officer did not write the date on the ticket and just put Day as "Sat". Can I get that dismissed and do I need a lawyer to do that. Any idea how much a Lawyer cost for speeding ticket of 1-20 mph over the speed limit.

I also heard that there are Law subscription services for around 8-10 month and they will also cover traffic tickets.

Sorry for so many questions, I asked whatever came to my mind.

Just for your info the cop stands near Devon & Lehigh facing west and stops people who are coming from O'Hare or Milwaukee & Nagle intersection. Usually there around noon. Slowdown everywhere but definitely that area because traffic goes really fast in that section of Devon Avenue

I had few but it says SNFEZ now. Can I sell this stock from my Ameritrade Account or I have to go through specific procedure?

I want to open a Beauty Salon in Chicago. What kind of permits do I need. I do have a Beatician License and want to open my own shop. What kind of permits will I need. I am looking at two shops one is completely new construction and the other one is closed for three years and was some other type of business.

I read many post about divorce and they all say that we have to wait about 2 years. I also saw some DIY websites that say that you don't even have to go to court and your divorce will be completed. Do they still take same amount of time? Me and my partner agrees to get divorce so is it possible to get divorce quickly. We just don't get along anymore, is this a good reason?

I received my first bill from Chicago Association of Realtor. This for renewing my membership. I just wanted to know if I have to pay everything on the bill or if some of these things are voluntary. I ask this because it does say "Voluntary" on some items. If anyone can help out I will appreciate it very much. Most likely this [person would be a Realtor by themselves or works in Chicago Association of Realtors. There are three things that are listed as Dues. Namely

1. Annual NAR Dues $110

2. Annual IAR Dues $159

3. Annual CAR Dues $196

4. CARPAC Voluntary $25

5. CAREF Voluntary $10

6. RPAC Voluntary $50

I need to know what to do and after passing the State test, how to get hired as an agent. I need to get these answers from current Estate agents so they can give me insight to what are my rights as an agents and what are my brokers right. I dont want to take advantage of anyone but mostly I dont want anyone to take advantage of me.

I know I can pass the test without any problem but I need to know, what to do after passing the test. Like how to negotiate reasonable contract with broker and what will be my duties.

Not all tape will give me error but some old tapes does. I believe the VCR belt is old and need replacing. I am in Chicago area and can't find a dealer who sells Belts.

Does anyone knows a dealer in Chicago area that sells Belts for VCR. ANyone who repairs VCR should have thsi belt. It is RCA VR634HF model.

I also believe there is anotehr part that helps rewind the tape. Can anyopne shed some light on that part. As I have already opened my VCR so I want to take care of it at the same time

We pay insurance to cover us in accidents and my friends are telling me that it is my fault because I hit from behind. I say that it was out of my control and the skid just happenned becaus eof the weather. Can I be able to claim from other person Insurance company. I only had liability and it wasn't my insurance as I was driving someone else's car.

Cn someone with their experience guide me, what will be the best way to take car eof it. the other car did not have any damage but my car has about $900 damage. If I take it to a reputable car place it might go upto $1500.
