I'm a pretty cool person. Sometimes a bit dramatic, but c'mon. I'm a teenage girl. I'm a cool loser and I love it! I love being a Sagittarius and get along with everyone who will allow me to. I don't like people who cling to me. I'd rather spend a lot of ALONE time. I socialize when I feel like it. :)

  • Research question: what do you think a woman's job is here in 2014?

I'm doing a piece and I need some opinions. There's no right or wrong answer.

  • How long does emancipation take?

I'm not asking for myself, I'm an adult. But I'm wondering for something I'm writing. Reasons for emancipation is that the main character's father (who was her sole guardian) passed and she was put under her mother's custody. Her father left all his assets to her (only child) and she also works. She pretty much pays the bills at her mother's house (she takes her checks) and her stepfather is verbally abusive. Her stepsister also assaults her.

  • How soon before departure do the plane's doors close?

I've caught a plane before, but I sat near the back, so I wasn't aware of the doors closing because I was boarded early on to get to my seat before other passengers started getting in (yes, they let me on before departure time. Everyone could board, most just weren't yet). So I'm curious, how long before take off does the plane close its door?

  • If a single parent with no other surviving kin passes, who handles the funeral and everything else?

I know this is a weird question, but usually when a single parent passes, I hear of siblings, parents, cousins, etc. handling these types of things. So if a single parent has no surviving parents or siblings or anything, who would handle the funeral and such? Friends? Church members? The state?

  • Why do people say gingers don't have souls?

I'm seriously trying to understand the joke. I have a cousin who is a natural redhead, but this isn't really a joke black people use and I didn't hear it until I moved into a predominately white community. What does this mean?

  • What do you think of prologues and epilogues?

Personally, sometimes I do one or both for a story, but not usually prologues. I feel some stories don't need prologues. I just like epilogues a ton for some unknown reason.

  • Doing Insanity after birth?

I was watching a Vlog on YouTube because I'm utterly bored, and the couple was doing Insanity, which I might say they were doing great at because I'm a lazy bum. But they had a baby that I would say is about five or six months old, and I was wondering how soon it would be okay to do a strenuous workout like that after birth? I'm sure she waited awhile, but I just started watching, so I don't know when they started. I'm not pregnant, just curious.

  • What are some office jobs?

I mean jobs where one might have their own office, but I won't exclude the cubicle workers. And if it's possible, could you state the salaries?

  • What would you think books are about based solely on titles?

Based off these titles, what would you think the content is?

    1.) Debt

    2.) Seduced

    3.) A Kept Woman

    4.) Imprisoned

I'm kinda bored, so thought I'd ask this question and get some thoughts.

  • Does your toddler like running around in the nude?

I don't have a kid, but I babysit my cousins, and a few of my friends have kids, and it just seems like young children like running around naked. But this is just my experience. My mom also said that I liked being naked as a toddler too. How about your children?

  • What are some Venezuelan dinner recipes?

I'm writing a story and one of my characters has a Venezuelan mother who likes to cook. Said character is bringing her boyfriend to meet her mom for the first time and the mom is going to be making a lot of food (she's a bit over enthusiastic in the kitchen). Since the boyfriend is not familiar with Venezuelan culture or cuisine, the mom wants to make several dishes for him to try. What are some good dinner recipes to try out?

  • Why do people think it's weird when foreign people do American things?

I mean like first or second generation Americans whose parents or grandparents left their home countries.

I know a lot of Hispanics who embrace both of their cultures and listen to Latin music (salsa, bachata, etc.) and American pop, hip-hop, rock etc. (I am aware that these genres also exist in the Latin American world as well). I have a Mexican friend who is second generation and a Puerto Rican friend from the island who both celebrated Thanksgiving last year with turkey and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie and such; someone actually asked why they celebrated Thanksgiving because it's an American holiday.

I was just curious if anyone else hears or sees things like this. Like when someone who's foreign or family is foreign (especially Asians, I notice) they are looked at oddly for being American. Like not always having the traditional food of the country of their roots.

  • Questions about natural birth?

If you are giving birth in a natural setting (i.e. home or birth center, not a hospital) would it be fine to light soothing candles like jasmine, lavender, and mint? Or would that be a bad idea? I read somewhere that certain smells and foods can make a pregnant woman queasy, and I've borne witness to it. But should that be fine?

Also, if you gave birth naturally, did you eat? And if so, what foods would you recommend? I know it has to be something easy to digest.

  • A sibling name for Susan?

I'm writing a story and I have added a pair of sisters. I already named the older sister Susan. She is middle-aged, has two young teenagers (thirteen and fourteen) and is a homemaker.

I started to name the younger sister Beverly and then Tiana. She is in her middle thirties with one young child. She is more energetic and lively.

The sisters do not get along very well. But I'm unsure of what to name the younger sister. I like both of my name choices in their own rights, but I don't know if they should be used. Beverly is the name of someone I know and I can't think of her as very upbeat (probably because she's near sixty), and Tiana sounds more modern. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

  • A good bath additive? Salts, fizzies, or bubbles?

It's been about three or four years since I've had a bath. I've had an extremely long week and I'm looking forward to a great bath tonight. Which would be better to use? My options are a bath salt, a bath bomb (fizzy), or a bubble bath. Which would be more soothing and why?

  • During football season, do players have off days?

Like when they have a few games, do they have a day with no work? Also, when football players go to away games, about how long do they stay?
