  • Defective iphone charger?

    I have an iphone 4, and my charger doesn't work. I've read some apple forums, and some have said it was because of ios 7? Is there anything I can do to fix the charger? My sister thinks I use it when it's charging, but I don't. And she thinks that charging on a flat surface won't break the charger, because I have a wall outlet near my bed that I use.
