So I'm a typical 17 year old girl. I do fairly well in school, I have mostly C's in my classes. Recently, my friend has been talking about her amazing life with her boyfriend and bowling and all of that. I never know what to talk about with her anymore because nothing new goes on in my life.. like AT ALL. I also have insecurity issues along with depression and mental breakdowns every now and then. Like, I feel so messed up and boring. The only thing I do is go to school, come back home, do homework, eat dinner, go on Facebook and then go to bed afterwards. Repeats the next day and the next day. I do go out on weekends but only to eat with family or a sleepover with my best friend. The main problem is that I don't know what to do with myself anymore.. my grades are slipping and stress is getting the best of me :\ I only have two close friends and I don't have a boyfriend. I haven't had a proper boyfriend in over a year. Maybe two actually. Either way, it's been a while and I can't have a boyfriend because I am mentally unstable. I am just so NOT confident with myself... I don't know what to do... can anyone help me?

Well, I have this guy friend. I've known him ever since August of last year, so the first day of school pretty much. he was in my chem class and we always talked. I got his number and we didn't text much but just sometimes. He told me he was bi, like flat out bi. I thought that was fine and two months after knowing him, I started to develop a crush on him. I told him that but he said he did not feel the same way because he was gay but he told me he was bi? Anyways, He always looked at me in Spanish (we had that class together too) he would look at me and if we caught eyes, he smiled. He always gave me hugs and sometimes after chem, he would grab my hand and kind of pull me along. We didn't interwine fingers but we just held hands. He used to kiss my cheek too. Next semester comes around and I dropped out of chem so now we just have Spanish together. He still looks at me, sometimes he holds the gaze and sometimes he will look away. We always talk in school, we do text and if we do, he texts me first. We just talk for a few minutes then one of us stops texting the other. This was a few weeks ago, I was upset and just feeling down. (I was having suicidal thoughts too) so we were in our library and he was comforting me. He kind of held my hand and played with my fingers as he comforted me and gave me advice. He gives me hugs whenever he sees me. and when we talk, I see his eyes sparkle and his pupils seem slightly bigger. He says he is into boys but the way he acts around me tells me otherwise... also I have to point out that he talks to many girls but he doesn't treat them like he treats me. He socializes but he doesn't seem to be super excited all the time like he is around me. What do you guys think? I am so confused... he says he is into guys but I feel like he might be into me somehow? Advice would be appreciated.

Well, I dated my ex from November 3rd of last year to March... we broke up because we got into fights a lot. 2 months went by and we started talking again.. i am still very interested still in my ex and i was comfortable with him. He was my longest relationship and i always felt so comfortable.. we talk and flirt a lot. he says he plans on taking me somewhere for my birthday weekend in a month or try to hang out this weekend but we don't know. His parents don't really approve of me much anymore (long story..) but he says he will talk to his parents about trying to date me again. Now there's another guy that im pretty interested in.. i met him back at the beginning of July and we can talk about a lot. He's really sweet, he gives me lots of attention and just likes to compliment me. I am willing to try dating again because i havent dated since March.. i just dont know how to explain this to my ex because he gets hurt easily and i hurt him a lot before. What do you guys think?? can anyone give me advice or an opinion on what you think i should do? :)

oh I forgot to mention my ex is moving in November or so... 5 hours away from where he originally lives so if we were to date it would be a long distance relationship and the guy that i sort of like goes to my school, and he already likes me a lot

I might be getting a new phone soon, I am deciding on both of these... I have watched reviews on both of these but I cant figure it out... in your opinion, which one works best? Some feedback and information on these phones would help too. Maybe some things that you don't like about the phone as well?

There's this guy that I have liked for a few weeks, he's super sweet and he seems like a very nice guy to be around. But I am having trouble figuring out his signs. So about a week or 2 ago, I had gotten his Facebook and school email (we use chromebooks in our school) so the first day I got it, I emailed him and it went pretty well. We talked about our common interests and we seemed to have a lot of things to talk about. We only talk at lunch, and in the mornings we say hi to each other. So recently, my friends have been encouraging me to try to talk to him more, but I am just so afraid. Today, it was a little weird. I had on a dress (I had a speech to dress up for) I came out of the cafeteria and he sits on this bench outside of the lunchroom, he glanced up at me and he never did that before. I'm usually the one going over to him, but today it was a little different. Earlier in the day, I would say around 9:45AM I sent him this picture that I thought was funny. Me - Oh ok :P I thought this was funny, I just wanted to show you. what made you think I was asking you out? psh.. (I said this because of nervousness)

P - lol it was pretty funny... blue hehe.

After this, he logged off. when he gets nervous, he tends to misspell words and he had misspelled blue, and test. That's what I noticed. when I asked him about it later on in lunch, he laughed nervously. What do you guys think?

I really like to sing, its my passion. i have been singing since i was 9. i have been in talent shows all my life in school. Two times in elementary school, and all 3 years in middle school. I am a sophmore right now. i have not been on stage since 8th grade. I auditioned in freshman year but they rejected me, i was shaking and my voice cracked constantly. I am going to try again this year but i am not so sure anymore... i am going to sing Hit Me With Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar. but when i sing in front of people, my legs shake and my voice trembles. I have no idea what to do... my audition is tommorow after school. any tips on how i can get over stage fright? and have a better attitude about this? :(

Okay, me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 4 months. our relationship is very good, we talk everyday and we enjoy each others company. We have had some fights, but not as big as this one. Yesterday, i had some drama issues with my best friend. Her mom came and started b*tching me out about it. and i thought it was bogus that her mom was coming after me, when my friend should've stood up for herself. Me and my boyfriend were talking about it, and he said that he will give her a piece of his mind but i told him no because that would make matters worse. My friend comes up to me and my boyfriend. The convo went like : her - I talked to J (the friend i fought with) yesterday. me - What did she say? her - Well, she thinks what you said about R needing space is not true, she thinks youre lying. my boyfriend - you do have a history of lying. That made me really more pissed, so i snapped at him and said "I dont need you pointing out my flaws." he claimed he wasn't. We walked to class, and as we walked i saw my friend J look at me and wave. She had a very sorry look on her face. I waved and looked down at the ground. As we were walking, me and my boyfriend talked about my lying issue. He had enough of arguing, so he pushed me off and walked away from me... and i HATE it when people walk away from me. He apologized to me but i still am very mad at him. Is this selfish of me?? and how can i make up with him?

I know this is a lot but i really need some advice...

Okay so a month ago, i would say in the middle of September i had sexual intercourse. i was supposed to get my period the week after that, and i didnt. I felt i was pregnant so i took a test and it came out negative... i still didnt get my period. Last week, i took another test but it came out negative too. today, i came home and when i went to use the bathroom i had a deep red blood stain on my panties. i put on a pad thinking it was my period, right now i am getting a slight gray discharge on my pad. but when i wipe myself, theres blood all over. Is this a tardy period? or what is it? can somebody explain? :O

There is this guy in my 2nd period that I believe likes me. He sits next to me, and likes to mess around with me. He talked to me a little bit last year but talks to me more now especially since hes in my class. He likes to mess around with me. he calls me "emo" because i dyed my hair black a few months back. He laughs a lot with me, today he told me "im going to annoy you the whole year" and smiled really big at me. He usually smiles showing all of his teeth. I see him looking at me at times, and usually keeps the gaze. We were even talking about the new movie Sinister thats coming out, and he seemed to enjoy talking to me about it. He kept eye contact with me the whole time. we only talk in that class thoughh.. i think he kind of likes me. what do u think?

I had intercourse just a little over 4 weeks ago, and 2 weeks after intercourse i had light brown spotting on my undies and haven't gotten anything else. But now, i have lower abdomen cramping. I had some just a few minutes ago actually, they felt like regular menstrual cramps but only a bit stronger. I get urges to use the bathroom more often, like every hour or soo. I sometimes feel like i have something coming out of my vagina, i can't tell whether its my period or fluids. I am really overweight, like 30 pounds. I have been eating Twizzlers which i never liked before, and even had 2 cups of root beer which i also dont like. Sometimes, my vagina itches down there. I believe I am around 5-6 weeks pregnant.. should i see a doctor?? take a test?? Are these healthy pregnancy symptoms or miscarriage symptoms?

I have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for over a few months now. 2 weeks ago was the last time we had blown out sex. Yesterday, i was at a friends for a sleepover and when i went to use the bathroom i had some light brown discharge on my undies. I figure its leftover from last night when i didnt wash myself from doing my business (i know gross) and then yesterday, my boyfriend claimed my boobs are getting bigger. I also noticed too, that my boobs fall out of my bra. My stomach is slightly bigger, i also feel heavier than usual. I have been eating a lot too, but i think its because im gaining weight from what i eat. I dont exercise, and i eat a ton of junk food. But other than that, i have bigger breasts. This morning, i had my coffee but yet im not awake. I am in school currently, and feel extremely moody. I also have slight stomach cramps. I am supposed to get my period this Wednesday though. Other than that, the symptoms i posted... are they pregnancy symptoms?? Please help.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 2 months, 17th is our 2 month. We recently got into a fight because of my recent ex that i still like. I found out that my ex likes me too, we have been talking about memories and how we kind of miss each other. yesterday. while we were hanging out with my friend i decided to give him a quick kiss on the cheek and then later, a quick kiss on the lips. Then later he told me he liked my friend, even though a few days ago he admitted to liking me. I told my boyfriend because i hate keeping things from him.. :( he understood me but asked me why i did it. I told him to get it out of my system and i vowed to leave my ex alone since he likes my friend. But my boyfriend says i should try to change my ways, and i tried before but its really hard for me especially if someones pressuring me to it. I am sort of willing to stay with my boyfriend, my heart says yes but my brain says no. I think hes worth keeping though... any advice? Please.. <3

I just finished an essay, and I tried printing my paper but it said there was no paper but there was. So i tried again and again but nothing happened. I replugged and plugged my printer back in, but it still doesnt work. What can i do?

I recently noticed a little cold sore in the corner of my mouth (right side) and on that side, in the corner inside my mouth is a little zitlike thing. It looks like a cold sore inside my mouth. It's the size of a zit, and it's a little bit red and next to it, theres a little red dot by the sore. Is this herpes? Or could it be just my cold sore showing from the inside???

I got my period on the 15th, today is the 18th. Me and my boyfriend are gonna use a condom tommorow, is it possible to get pregnant even when you are using protection and on your period?

I just recently got together with a guy that ive liked for quite a while. Hes 17 and im 15. We talked a lot on facebook, and hung out a few times too. Ive known him for a few months too. We got together today, ended up kissing him and he told me how he likes me a lot. I told my parents about him and they told me that hes too old for me, but its only a two year difference. They tell me not to go over to his apartment no more, but all he has in there is a recording studio and pretty much the bare neccesities (hes a music geek and records rap songs. but hes white lol) Anyways, they think that our relantionship will end in him sleeping with me and then leave me. But before me, he lasted with a girl for a year and they had a really good one. He did nothing sexually with her. But nevertheless, are my parents right? Should i find someone my age or should i just try and see what happens?

I like this guy. Hes in my classes, And for these past few weeks ive noticed him talking to me a lot and stuff. But then he started asking me dirty questions about my virginity and everything. Well his friend started and then he followed along. Now he added me on facebook, he accepted my friend request after a few days. I decided to look at his profile and statuses to see what he has going on. Ive noticed that there were a few girls that on his "Truth is" status that they are his exes. Then i saw two statuses that said "I hate h*es but i still date them." And another one that said "I hate wh*res but i still date them." And with the dirty questions and all, I figure hes a player. What should i do?

So for these few weeks Ive been noticing some things this boy from my classes doing. I have two classes with him, and in one specific class he does a lot. I see him looking at me or staring at me a few times. He usually tries to hold the stare but i would usually look away. Sometimes i even check to see if hes looking at me. Other times, he would see me looking then be like "what?". Not only that, he also pretends to throw his pencil at me and says "Tomahawk!". Apparently its from Call of Duty or something Lol. He teases me a few times too, Like in the playful way. Today we had to do a sheet, I told him and this girl at my table a few answers. Then when the teacher asked us what we put, he said the answer and then told the teacher he got the answer on his own. And i was like "Noo i got it!" He smiled at me and laughed then said "Nooo i did." He sometimes says my name to annoy me and then would look away to pretend he said nothing. He asks me personal dirty questions, Well they arent personal but they're just dirty. He also started making fun of me and my friend, My friend says "Squeaky" in a high pitched voice and he does the same to make me laugh. Whenever i laugh, he laughs at me then im like "why are u laughing at me?" Then he says "Im not laughing at you. Im laughing WITH you." He talks to me a lot, He always finds a way to talk to me. Whether he asks me a question in class or asks me what the date is, He finds ways to. Does it seem like he likes me? :) Can u also give me some advice? :)
