I really like this boy and everytime I see him I melt.I'm hearing from other people that he likes me and he texted my friend and was worried that I don't like him. But we don't even talk to each other because we broke up in march but talked randomly once or twice. I cry every day trying to hide how I feel what should I do?

I'm 13 years old. I have a huggge lump in my right and left breast. When I was 11 my breast started to grow and there was only a little bump right behind my nipple (in both breasts).sometimes the lumps get slightly smaller. They always are sore during my period. But the lumps take up my whole breast, I don't know if this is normal or not! Please help.
