Name of a book series?
This was a book series I read a few years ago. I remember very little. It was about this boy who learns all these powers, which I believe were related to the elements (earth, water etc.). There were 4-5 books in the series, and I specifically remember that the author is from the state of Georgia. I remember that this was a very good series and I would really like to find it again.

T-Mobile's beginning to establish an LTE network, and they're going to refarm they're HSPA+/3G network which allows it to be iPhone-compatible. LTE will begin around 2013, but does anyone know when the 3G refarming will begin? I've heard something about Philadelphia possibly getting some refarming in a couple of weeks.
