  • There's a brown sticky substance when I pee?

I have been on a water fast for 4 days and I broke it one day ago.

Twice when I went to the bathroom (after my fast) I had a brown sticky substance along with the urine. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fast but since it has never happened before I'm guessing it might. I tried googling it to see what it might be but everything I found is pregnancy related, and I'm a virgin so I don't even know what to think.

Does anyone know what this is and whether I should be concerned? I'm starting to freak out a little...

    Thank you.

  • Fainting with eyes open and shaking?

I just had dinner with a friend and we walked back home together, and we stood outside just talking for about 30 minutes, when suddenly she just said that she's not feeling well, and the next thing I know is that she falls on me, eyes open, and then falls on the floor. Her eyes were open the whole time and she was shaking, it reminded me of a seizure. I called her name and she looked awake since her eyes were open, but she clearly wasnt. I ran to the closest door to get help and when I looked around (10 seconds later maybe?) she was sitting up, fine already. I'm so worried about her, is it normal to faint with your eyes open and shake? Or this epilepsy or something?

She said she's fainted twice before but a very long time ago and that was because she saw blood. But this time we were just talking...

  • Are tourists allowed to go inside/visit the british library?

This might sound like a stupid question, but I'm going to London this weekend for a visit and was wondering whether random people are allowed to go into the library or must you have a special library pass? Cause I know that in Madrid the access to the national library is very strict...

I remember my sister went on a school trip when she was in 6th form and she got in, but I'm not sure whether that was some special arrangement with the school.

Mi madre vive en España 15 años y lleva todo ese tiempo conduciendo, pero tiene el permiso de conducir ruso, cual no es valido en España. • The ending of Sophie´s World by Jostein Gaarder?

What did you think of the ending?

To be absolutely honest, I didnt understand it. I loved the book, but I found the ending starting from Sophie´s birthday party a huge dissapointment. It seemed to me that Gaarder simply got tired from writing and wanted to end the book, so he wrote out some rubbish in 5 minutes.

Or did I miss out some deeper significance hidden in the ending?

  • Do you believe in true love?

I was thinking and I came to the conclusion that it simply doesnt exist.

What we call love is simply passion and desire of having somebody. In a totally physical way.

    Its quite dissapointing.

I thought of Romeo and Juliet and Rose and Jack from Titanic. Both those couples who seemed to be truly in love lasted such a short period of time, and then were separated by death. So if no one would die out of them, then after some time, the desire and passion would fade away and their relationship would end. Do you agree?

What do you think about it?

How can we even say that Romeo and Juliet were in love? They were romantic kids. They confessed their love for eachother after knowing eachother for 15 minutes!

Its sad but I dont think that I can believe in the existence of love...
