My fiance has been out of work for almost 3 weeks now. I have been picking up as many shifts as I can and today was my first day off in over 2 weeks. He has gone to all the obvious websites like monster.com and indeed.com. He is a mechanic. Our family needs him to be back to work asap. I cannot financially afford to pay all the bills with my income alone. We have a 4 year old and just moved into this apartment in November. I love it here and I don't want to lose it. Any ideas on how to find a good job? Every place he has called has said they are not hiring! We don't know what else to do.

I just want to know what malware is and how people get it on their computer. I also want to know how we get virus's and where they come from? What is spyware? I am really not good with computers in that way so excuse my ignorance. lol But I was always curious as to what this stuff actually was. I think my computer has a virus. Im not sure. My computer keeps directing me to a website that says I have a virus and it starts scanning my computer. So I have been just closing out of it quickly bc I dont know what it is.

Every now and then I get a window that pops up and it says something about my computer having a virus. Then it takes me to this website. I don't know the website and I forget what it said. But is that normal for my computer to just automatically start "checking for virus's" My trend virus thing just expired. I did not know that when you buy it for like $50 its only for a year! What a rip off!

My fiance was fired from his job last week. I was in a car accident and I was hurt. I am the mother of his child. He stayed home the day after my car accident to help care for me and our son because I was unable to. The second day after my car accident he stayed home as well. He called into work early both days to let them know. He told them that for the third day after my accident that he would be dropping our son off at my mother so she could watch him. He called in to work that morning to let them know he was going to be a little late. My mother had to take her kids to school. He got to work 20 minutes late and was fired. Not only was he fired but his boss threatened to throw his tool box down the street if it was not gone in an hour! ( he is a mechanic) His boss also cursed at him and called him a ton of names. My fiance filed a greivance against them for unjustly discharge. So far we have not hear anything back. Any ideas on what else we could be doing. My fiance was in a union. We really need him to be working.

My fiance just lost his job last week. I was wondering who is going to be offering cobra? Is it the actual insurance company or will it be his previous employer? How long does it usually take to get set up? I have pneumonia and I am going to need health insurance. We are both on daily meds and cannot go without health coverage! Thanks for all your help.

I picked up hours at another cvs tomorrow from 9-4 and I will be working at my regular store 6-10. It is snowing pretty bad here where I am and the last snow storm we had about a week ago I went to work and I was in a really bad car accident. I am picking up these hours bc my fiance lost his job. I am also really sick with pneumonia. I don't know what to do. I feel really bad about calling out at a store I don't normally work at but I also don't want to risk my life again. Any advice? and the storm is going to last all day tomorrow into tomorrow night.

I had a few of my friends over last night to watch a show that we always watch on sunday. I have showtime. We we all went outside after the show to smoke a cigarette(i dont want to hear anything about me smoking please) and say our goodbyes. One of my closest friends went back into the house to "use the bathroom" but what he didn't realize was that I could see what he was doing from where I was standing outside. I watched him walk into my living room and never walk into the bathroom. So I knew what he was doing. When he came outside I asked "so you never made it to the bathroom"? and he said "no i did" but knew that I knew. So I waited for him to take the chance I gave him to put back what he stole without causing any big things. He stole some of my pills out of my prescription bottle. After they left I sent a text to his phone saying "you need to bring back what is mine" he asked if I wanted to talk and I said no that he needs to come back with what he stole. He did come back and admit he took it and he did appolagize but now I dont know if I could ever trust him again. Should I ever be friends with this guy again?---sorry its so long.

My son really enjoys playing XBOX 360 and I feel like at 4 years old that it might not be a great idea. He is really good at it and only plays kid games. The only thing is the kid games are spiderman and they have to beat up the bad guys. I limit the time he spends but do you think that at 4 he should be playing at all?

My sister is seriously neglecting her daughter! She sleeps all day long and while her daughter runs around the house alone. It is obvious that she is not bathed, her clothes are not washed, she drinks nothing but iced tea, and she is not fed properly. She not has a uti and still lets her sit around in dirty diapers. She shouldn't even be in diapers anymore. I dont know what to do. I dont want to call child protection service i feel like that would be wrong of me to do. I try and go there as much as i can and watch her as much as i can so that i can care for her and bathe her and feed her properly. she still has not been to the doctor for the uti and i am very concerned.

My friends dog has black colored worms coming out of its butt. I looked online to try and see what it was and i cant find anything! I want to help them but I dont know what kind of worm it is. They dont have a lot of money so wont be able to take the dog to the vet. I know that is horrible and they really should not have gotten a dog they couldnt afford but they did. does anyone have any idea what kind of worm this is? Im really courious.
