My check engine light came on while driving the other day.

I resealed the gas cap and checked to make sure the oil was full.

On the VECI label under the hood it says "OBD-II Certified", however I cannot find the 16 pin plug under the driver's side dash. The only plug I see has 14 pins.

I have read online elsewhere that the Automatic transmission Subarus from before 1996 do have OBD-II.

I went to Autozone and the guy that looked at it, who didn't seem particularly knowledgeable, said my car was OBD-I. I'm not sure what to make of the situation. I don't really want to pay a lot to have this code read.

It is a California Kingsnake, his eyes are completely blue so I don't want to handle him.

I stopped handling as much as I could on Monday when his eyes started turning blue.

Aside from his eyes he hasn't changed much.

He was supposed to be fed on Monday which means he hasn't eaten in almost 2 weeks now or had anything to drink in almost a week.

I have closely been monitoring humidity. It is around 60% if I don't do anything, but I have been spraying occasionally on and around the snake. That gets it to 70% for about an hour.
