I hope I am reading this wrong, maybe someone can explain it to me better. I was laid off on May 25th. I think according to this link http://edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/Federal_Unemploymen... I will lose benefits after December 29th. Or do I get the extensions in tiers 2-4?

With things going the way they are now, the credit downgrade of freddie and fannie. should I just rent for a while and wait? I'd love to pay less.

I am pre approved to buy a home, we put an offer down on this home two weeks ago. The offer was accepted by the seller, now we are waiting on the bank negotiator to approve the sale. I have been offered a new job in which I will start in two weeks. Will this effect me getting the loan?

I need to get out of California, I cannot afford to live here anymore. I am looking to move anywhere with a lower cost of living and high education levels as I am about to have my first child. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a golden retriever, she is great for the most part, house broken and listens while you are around but when we are gone she digs and digs and digs. We take her on walks we try and wear her out but when we get back we put her in the yard and she starts digging. I don't know what to do anymore!!! HELP!!

I'm 10w1d and ince on Sunday and once today I have had a little pink discharge I mean very little. And it only seems to happen after I have a bowel movement. This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure what to do. I've had no abnormal cramping. Suggestions?

We have been ttc and I am due for AF on the today and it still has not shown up. Well saturdAy the 13th I had some bright red blood just a couple drops and then nothing After that, I have not had any bleeding since. What do you guys think this might mean? I'm going to wait until after tomorrow to test. I'm interested to hear ur thoughts.

My husband and I were thinking about moving to Peru for a business opportunity.

Comcast just installed a new Netgear Router in my house. The old Netgear Router worked ok except the signal strength was low and that is why they installed a new router. On my landline computer the internet works great. I have two computers that are wireless. One is a PC that runs windows xp and the other is a Laptop that runs windows Vista.

The problem I am having is with the laptop that is running Vista. It shows me as connected to the internet but when I open a browser, the webpage never loads. I ran a diagnostic tool and it says everything is good except during the ping test, which failed, and says no response: DHCP server.

I have shut down the modem, the computer, restarted. I even hooked the laptop up hardline and downloaded new browsers, google chrome, and safari, and still have the same problem.

I was on Yaz in the month of July and I got AF on the 11th of August. Yaz makes your cycle 31 days. Well I forgot to pick up my prescription so I never took and BC during the month of August. My husband and I have been doing a lot of BD to make up for lost time because I have been in school and we missed eachother. So here is my question I guess, my cycle off the pill is normally 28 days exactly. I didn't take the pill last month at all and if my cycle returned to normal like it usually does I should have started AF on the 7th of August. Now if AF decides to come at 31 days, that would be today.

The only symptoms that could possibly be related to a pregnancy is sore right breast, and moodiness, but that could also be associated with PMS I guess. I am going to try and wait until Monday to take a test but the anxiousness is killing me right now. This is more of a venting session than a question. :P

Should I get a hotel or should I just explore the city?

If you can see the movie from another car, do you think you can pull them over under california PC 647 (a) Lewd Conduct? To arrest a subject for the crime of lewd conduct, the necessary crime elements include:

• in lewd conduct

• in a public place

• or a place open to public view.

I say you can't or shouldn't cite them, it is not illegal to have the movie and you are in your own car watching it. But others say they think you can and should arrest or site them because the movie is in public view. Thoughts?

and we have seriously no idea why. My husband and I got married in September of last year. Everything before hand was going great, everyone was getting along and then came my bridal shower which was two weeks before the wedding. My husbands family volunteered to through me a bridal shower and it went awesome, I thanked them numerous times and tried to show them how greatful I was. But I found out after that they were upset that some of my friends didn't come over to help set up and we all talked about it and moved on.

Well now comes the week of the wedding and things started to go crazy of course. I had people flying in for other parts of the country and I was trying to take care of that, and then while my husbands step mother was cooking something she cut her finger open and had to go to the hospital and get stitches. While she was at the hospital my husbands father had a mild heart attack. They were both released from the hospital that night and my husbands father even went to work the next day. Fast forward two days to the rehearsal dinner which my husbands father and step mother volunteered to throw for us. We told them they didn't have to do anything for us because of everything that had happened to them but they said it was ok and went ahead and gave us a very nice dinner. Once again we tried to show our gratitude.

The next day was the wedding, a fabulous day in my opinion. A lot of stuff went wrong including a robbery, the cake people getting in an accident and ruining the cake, and my photographer having to leave early because their husband was in a car accident but all in all it was a wedding to remember.

I don't believe we did anything to offend anyone but after we got back from out honeymoon (a week later) we tried to contact my husbands family and no one would return our calls. We went by at Christmas in 2007 to bring them cookies and see them and they were not home, they went out of town for a couple weeks we found out later. My husband went by on his fathers bday to give him a gift and try to talk to him and all his father said was "well there is something there. But it's not a good time to talk about it." My husband called on fathers day and they did not answer. They did not call my husband for his birthday or have given any effort that I know of.

So another Christmas has gone by without any contact from his side of the family. We don't know why and we feel that we have made an effort to get in contact with them. Do you guys have any suggestions on what, if anything we should do? I know it hurts my husband that they are not talking to us for some unknown reason but I don't know what to do or if I can do anything. I tell him that we have made an effort and they have not responded, so they do not deserve to be apart of his life because whatever they are holding onto and not talking to us for is petty. We did not kill or abuse anyone, we have not lied, cheated or stolen anything. Whatever it is, I'm sure is a misunderstanding and there is no reason for them not to speak to us.

I know goals are supposed to motivate people but for some reason I am having issues. The goal I am working on right now is to get up before work and work out I need to lose the last 20lbs and to get into shape for a new career. This would require me to get up at 5 am or so and do some cardio then shower and get ready for work. the problem I am having is I have absolutely no motivation to get out of bed because I do not want to go to work. I have been getting to bed earlier so sleep is not an issue and I go to bed with the thought that I am going to get up and go jog or ride my bike for at least 15- 20 minutes and then get home and get ready for work. I think one big issue is I have absolutely no motivation to go to work. I'm bored there and I do not care for some of the people there as they are petty and like to gossip instead of working and doing their jobs. Anyone have any suggestions to get over my hatred for my job and to get my butt out of bed in the morning? I have already moved my alarm across the room but I just get up turn it off then lay back down even though I'm not tired.

p.s. I am going to school in the evening to prepare myself for another Career, but I won't be able to get that job until this time next year when the program is over, so I need help until then. Thanks a ton!!
