It all started on a Friday. Estranged wife text me and says she wants a copy of child support papers so she can respond to the ones she got served with. I respond saying thats her problem. I have 3 kids with this women who left 4 months ago to be with other guys. She showed no support whatsoever and never made efforts to visit the kids. I made the effort to go pick her up to see the kids. That was only 3 times during the 4 months. Well on that Friday she comes uninvited to my house. I open the door, im like whoa, i try give her a hug to be nice then she walks in starts screaming at me saying im harrassing her. She starts punching herself in the face. She gave herself a busted lip. All this while im holding my baby. Shes 2. I leave to go pick up my other kids from school. 7yr and 11yr. We leave from school. Cops pull me over and arrest me for domestic violence. I see my e-wife jump into my car and leave with my kids in the back seat. She then puts a restraining order on me. I bailed out the next day. And i go home to an empty house without my kids. I cant see my kids cause of RO. RO expires then she hides kids from me. I dont want to be near e-wife cause she'll start accusing me of something else. She also stole my mail. I havent checked it cause it was with my car keys. I get car back no mail key. Mailman tells me i had a bunch of mail the other day. Now gone. Shes trying to ruin me cause i filed for child support. What to do. I live in CA

My estranged wife took my moms car without permission. Moms name is on title and restration. Me and mom went to estranged wifes work to retrive car. I call cops to help us out to retrive keys. Cops tell me and mom that estrange wife wont give keys back. And its a civil matter. Since estrange wife wont give keys back. Can my mom call a towing company to take it too my moms house. Cops let her have it even though she has suspended license. I live in CA

I had the title to my car changed to my mom's name a couple days ago on a Monday. Prior to that, the car title was under my name and my ex wifes name. Instead of AND it said OR on title. The car has always been in my position. I told my ex wife I was changing title to my mom's name and she didn't say anything about that. Anyways on previous Friday before I changed title to my mom's name. I get pulled over and when I was about to get taken into custody. Out of nowhere I see my ex wife get into my vehicle and leave with my car. My ex wife is on a suspended license and the officers still let her take it. I get out of jail on Saturday night. Can't find ex wife anywhere or the car. I have the pink slip so i still managed to get the name change to my mom's name on Monday. Obviously she doesn't want to bring the car back. My question is, can my mom report the car stolen since it's in my mom's name now? My mom's worried ex wifes gonna get into an accident and my mom's gonna be reliable for it. Oh yeah I live in CA.

I discovered my wife was having some affair through chat rooms for almost a year now. Noticed some changes in her appearance and attitude so i'd have my doubts something was up. I never had any proof until she left her old phone lying around(she got a new cell recently). I looked through her sd card with my cell cause her phone had a pattern lock. And found freaky videos of herself and guys exchanging messages through whatsapp, kik n others. Don't really know if she actually met these guys. But all of a sudden she gets called to work on days off. Going out to lunch with people from work. Thats what she tells me. I confronted her. Kicked her out of the house. She left without a care and no remorse. And now were both filing for divorce. Is this the right move? We have 3 kids. 10 yr old, 7, and 2 yr old. The kids are with me. She says she wants the kids when she finds her own place
