If in case you messed up the Mailing Adress of Green Card while filling the Application Form, and you happen to be one of the winner of the lottery, is there any chance to get notified by an EMAIL or by a Phone Call if you've provided them in the form correctly, or simply notifing you by a call or an email to tell you the adress of the letter they delivered to your country?

In Care Of: What should I write here?

Adress Line 1: Does this mean my street number, house...etc?

Adress Line 2: Should I write anything here?

District/County/Province/State: HELP!!! What does these things mean, I don't have any of those!!!

City/Town: I Know this one.

Please help me guys, with a little explanation if you can, I am filling the form right now so the the SOONER the BETTER, thanks.

I live in Kurdistan -North IRAQ- in Sulaymaniyah, I have High School Degree, I have some question about the Application Form, mainly about the Mailing Address.

First, Iraq is eligible, but I don't know if Kurdistan, which is a part of Iraq, is eligible or not?

My main problem with the DV is the Mailing Address, since the DV-2009 like the past years doesn't inform you by email and phone, the mailing adress should be correct.

What should I write in the In Care Of?

then at 8b, all the adresses I have is my house number, the street number and the quarters number...I don't know how to fill them in, which one first and how?

I guess I have to left 8c blank.

City/Town is Sulaymaniyah.

I don't have any idea about District/County/Province/State, can anyone tell me, because the only other option for me is to left it empty.
