When he asked me for a divorce, we were living with his parents. They gave me 3 days to leave their house. I had no friends or family in the area and left the state to live with family I barely knew for a brief time. Can I file for a divorce under the grounds of abandonment?

Even if she has remarried and still insists on making your life with him a living hell?

And still pays child support?

If when my ex and I seperated he kept all our belongings. Furniture/cars/pets... Basically kicked me out. I had to contact family that I hadn't seen since I was a child and stay with them within 3 days notice. Basically started my life over from scratch. But I think there are some bills due out there with his and my name on them. I don't know for sure though. Been living apart two years now. We DON'T talk at all! I haven't been able to afford the divorce and I want to get remarried about a year from now, and theres a 6 month wait period in the state I live in to get remarried. So I wanna do it soon! But I can't afford it if I have bills from my divorce pile up. FYI: He kicked me out because he said he didn't love me... The irony of it is that he was unemployed... I had just come home from my double shift at K-mart... Even braught him home a t-shirt I thought was cute, it said "The grass is always greener on the other side"... Hour after I gave him the shirt he was asking me for a divorce. Sooooo think the courts would sway in my favor? Can I get him to pay for the divorce? I was seperated from him almost a year before I got into a stable relationship again, so I didn't cheat. Detailed info if you have it... My states Oklahoma if that helps.

Well, my hubby plays Left 4 Dead2 alot. As of recently one of his good female friends has been getting stalked in game, via xboxlive, and through her emails etc. We don't know how he keeps finding her since she is always changing her name, or starting new accounts up so that he will leave her alone. She and everyone she knows have tried talking to him. But he is a d*uche, and continues to harrass everyone. Is there a way to report him to Xboxlive? Or get his IP address banned? She is starting to get scared, and my hubby is getting tired of the harrassing messages. We can't all afford to keep changing our accounts to lose this guy, only to be found again! Please help.

Yoga doesn't work, quiet time... I have all the time, but my mind just races. I always feel sick and my eye just recently stopped twitching after a two week binge. I don't think I can handle stress very well personally... Anyone got any good ideas? Herbal supplements, ways to ease your train of thought... Anything?!
