Every once in a while, maybe once or twice a month, I get these really weird vision problems. It starts out that I feel like I'm on a boat swaying side to side and my vision goes along with it. It's not just like an inner ear thing where I feel off balanced or whatever I feel perfectly balanced and can walk straight but it feels like my brain is swaying side to side and whatever I'm staring at does the same thing.

The first couple of times I felt it I was in bed with my eyes closed and I didn't know about the vision thing too. A little past information might concern this is I used to get really painful migraines that I tried medication for but after a couple weeks of nothing working I just gave up and lived with the migraines and they went away about a year or two ago.

I know this isn't a hospital or anything but I don't really have the money right now to go to one so I was wondering if anyone here heard of or experienced the same kind of thing?

Ok here is my predicament my company likes to pinch every penny since they are a small company and don't make huge profits but what they have been doing to me lately I think is illegal but I checked the "Norme de Travail" website and I cant find any reference to it one way or another.

Ok, so on this particular holidays I got paid for 8hrs of work but I already had 34 hours working time so I should have got

32hrs normal time, 8hrs Holiday and 2hrs overtime

but they paid me

34hrs normal time and 8hrs Holiday

when I complained they told me that this was legal and that technically I didn't work those 8 hours so they don't count as normal hours. As far as I'm aware these hours are counted as worked hours and I should have been paid the over time, I talked to other employees and they have done the same thing to them and ever since then every holiday is the same thing.

Can someone help me find a reference to it on the Norme de Travail website so I can show it to my employer, or at least tell me I'm not barking up the wrong tree, that I'm actually right?

Right now I am using a remote line with Pure Energy 88ci 4500psi I changed out the bottles Reg for Guerrilla Air Ambush Reg.

I am still seeing fluctuation on the Chrono I am not happy with I am sure the ambush reg is working fine so I looked up on it apparently some remote lines can cause little fluctuations.

So my question is... Is there a good high pressure regulator I can use that will screw right into my ASA from my remote line?

Money isn't an issue but im also not looking for something for $1000.

I posted two or three question that have been removed before I can get an answer.

What is going on here am I being silenced for some reason I though this was a place to come and ask question you need answers too. None of these things are illegal or violate the terms of use. Can someone please tell me what is going on?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My BIOS is outdated and I would like to flash it but the manufacturer doesn't support my system any more and has no files for it.

I've looked everywere if someone can help me I would be grateful.

The main reason I want to update is I think there is an error in my BIOS, if there is no update I would at least like to reflash the current one. When I press the power button on my PC it takes my PC anywhere from 30-90seconds for anything to actually start to power up. It does this all the time and its a pain in the a** to have to wait every single time.

Ok this is really a two questions...

One is that I am not able to use my slave DVD Burner Drive. It is set up with IDE cable in Cable Select (with appropriate cables) I have a Sony DRU-810A set up as master (0) and I can use that one but the Sony DRU-530A I have set up in Slave (1) cannot be be used, my system recognizes and says its working fine but when I put a disk in to read/write it says to insert a disk. The drivers are installed and up to date. So I dont know what is wrong.

The second question is that I installed a beta version of Windows Vista a while ago and didnt like it so I uninstalled it but it left a nasty boot loader there, and using the Vista Boot Loader and GRUB Boot loader from Ubuntu is causing my system to get a little confused at boot up and causes my whole system to stall at boot up for about a minute or two. Is there any way I can remove the boot loader without re-installing Vista. MBR maybe I dont know.

Any help in these subjects would be greatly appreciated.

My Grandfather is getting older and wants to know who his parents where. He and all his brothers and sisters where adopted out for some reason when they were young he has no Idea why, he kinda has no idea about his parents at all but he would like to.

He recently was able to find some of his surviving brothers and sisters who where able to give him one of those little remembrance cards from funeral homes but that is about it. With that information we have looked and looked but where unable to find anything about his parents.

Let me put it this way, if you were cloned what would make you different from the person that was replicated? He is YOU all way down to your DNA, Genes, Memory, Thoughts etc... but he is not YOU, you are YOU. What is the difference between YOU and him?

If you got killed YOU would be dead what dies with you that cant be replaced or replicated in any way?

You wouldn't be living no more, your consciousness wouldn't then jump into that other person who is "you but not" for all intent and purposes YOU are dead, but how can that be your DNA, Body, and Dreams are still alive, so that is not YOU.

He can pick up where YOU left off and no one would notice but it wouldn't be YOU. YOU are dead from your perspective, But from everyone elses perspective YOU are alive in that person.

But that is just a word what does it truly mean? I know this is deep and kinda hard for people to grasp but it bothers me!

How does the internet work?

And I don't mean how does it connect to the ISP bla bla bla. I know that.

But once the ISP gets the information how does it connect to the internet. I know the ISP doesn't have a direct connection to every server in the world.

I guess what I'm asking is what does the ISP connect too? What is the next step in the chain? and after that?

I know it hops from server to server till it reaches its destination but why cant we just do that our selves does our ISP actually pay servers to run through them. I hope you understand my question, this has been bothering me for some time. For something I use everyday I don't know what happens after I connect to my ISP?

Any help would be appreciated.
