My computer just recently started shutting down showing me the "blue screen" 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3. I have looked it up and i saw several thing telling me to download something. But i cant do anything without it shutting off in like 5 minutes. What do i do?

There were two middle aged people who said they were certain people but they had a different identity. Im not sure if they were babysitters or something else but they killed children in plastic bags and hid them in a closet. The mother or someone found these peoples true identity while in their bathroom looking through the medicine cabinet. They had like a childrens play room or something. If I find more information I will let you know
