A job I don't like pays well, another I left pays half - they want me back, I am torn...?
I currently have a job as a Customer Service Rep in a Diagnostics Lab company that pays about 15/hr. I got an offer to return to my previous job in an airline but it pays only $8.00 (minus union fees). - I have a lot of family issues right now, including a parent undergoing chemotheraphy, and my job was flexible enough to give me part time, but now, I am overwhelmed with work, doing as much as I was doing before, but in less time - and getting paid only for the hours I work. The airline job has more flexibility regarding time off (unpaid of course). -benefits are about the same. What should I do?
