I have a 1999 Oldsmobile 88 that stalls out when I slow down, when I am coasting or I apply to the brakes. Some days are worst then other, The check engine is on. The car is also run a little rougher then usually.

People are looking for advice not criticism! So be a pal and lay off the bs, sometimes pointing out the obvivious is not help!

the bad check diversion program has been sending mail to someone with the a different last name. Could I get off by a technicality till they figure it out. If they try prosecute me they couldn't cuz that isn't my name..right?

I did really write the check and want to make it right.

Should I call them and tell them that isn't my name or should I try get a public defender?

If I am being prosecuted for a 71 dollar check in minnesota do you think that I will go to jail. What if I try set up a payment plan.

Got a notice in the mail worried I may have a warrant

The charger cord is falling apart and then monitor screen is flickering on and off.

Trying to get my license back after getting a DUI, I didn't have my license but had my permit. I also refused the BAC test. Wondering if there is any way to get it back soon. It has been almost 6 months. Need some legal advice. HELP!

Okay so he as a box that is locked that has pic of his ex. He doesn't know I know he has them. They just broke up 9 months ago. Went out for 5 or 6 yrs off and on. Not sure why he has them. He has nothing nice to say about her, so why does he still have them. I was found them in his closet while he was at work. So I dont know how to bring it up because then he would know that I was in his closet. I know it wasn't right but he is the one who is hiding something.

What should I do? Let it be and casually bring it up in a round about way. Should I walk away because he still has them. Not sure what to do.

We are doing really good in our relationship and get along great. Don't really want to end it, just want him to move on.

Got a DUI and received 150 hrs on community service. I half done about half, my minimum is 10 hrs a week. I was short by 5 hrs. I had a laundry list of other things I had to do. I have done them all. Just worried about what they might do now.

when i go above 50 then come to a stop it stalls......then it takes me a while to get it stated again.........what should I do

I met this guy in another town while I was visiting my sister, and actually meet him through my sister. A real nice guy, we have been talking and texting for 2 weeks and he came to see me this last weekend. I really like him but don't see this going anywhere or him making any sort of commitment I know it is a little early for me to start jumping to conclusions.

Should I let it ride and see where it goes or ask him how he feels about it?

Here is the deal, I am so confused lately, I feel like everything I do is pointless. First I am a college student, the semester is almost over. I have good grades, but I am stressed out all the time, I got a DUI a few weeks ago, so I have community service, and a punch of programs I have to go to. p.s. I am a recovering drug addict and an alcoholic. I barely have time to breath. I work part time so I barely have enough money to make ends meet. My family is sort of dis functional. My mom constantly tells me to go to treatment, I really don't have time to do that, but I know I need help. Its hard for me to figure out what to do with myself, I am doing okay but I know I can do better, I am too young to F my life up.

That is just a short summary, I could go on..........

Any words of wisdom from anyone would be appreciated

My belt on my car came off how much do you think it will cost to get it back on?

I live in North Dakota, we just had a huge blizzard. My car wouldn't start so because the battery was dead. Then we tried to jump start the battery, that didn't work. i then plugged in the block heater. The next day we got it started. It warmed up and was blowing hot air then it started blowing cold and then it started overheating. I also but antifreeze and oil it that day we got it started. Someone told me it was the thermostat. I have no idea what to do. Tomorrow I got a friend to change the thermostat for me. Do you have any other advice. Don't say park in a heated garage because I don't have that and don't know anyone who will let me park in their garage. What else should I do.
