okay, i got my secong piercing right next to the first one about 4 days ago on both ears. it is hurting a lot! and starting to swell! i have been outting the cleaning liquid that they gave me on it and it still rlly hurts, help meee!

omg, okay. I recentley went on a trip to NYC. I was so excited to go but in a way...i was also terrified. I have had a fear of tall or big things for a very long time. As you all know, the statue of liberty is located in NY. So, I was freaked out by it!!!!! i got queezy looking at it! Please give me some advice. And PLEASE dont anyone recomend therapy, because im not crazy :P lol

btw-things like mount rushmore, or the sphinx also freak me out.

okay, two weeks ago i injured my rotator cuff in dance (according to the doctor i did not tear anything, i just inflamed them). Yesterday I decided to go back again just to get back into it, and when i got home i was in a lot of pain.- Mind you i did try my best to take it easy at dance. It is now the next day and i am in a lot of pain and i am getting spasms again! i have a competition in a month and i can not afford to miss too much dance. What should i do??

-Physio therapy??

-just rest??
