My son will be for at the end of September. My husband has no patience with him and thinks he is disrespectful because he doesn't listen. I try and tell him we just need to discipline him, he is learning and it's not going to happen in a day. But he really can't seem to comprehend this. Any ideas?

5 AnswersOptical10 years agoI want to get my 3 1/2 year old a tablet, Husband says that is spoiling?
Do you think that is spoiling? He wants me to wait until his birthday. I know the apps can be very educational. I'm not saying he could use it 24/7 but it would be a nice tool. I work full time and come home and start cooking, then baths, then bed. Your thoughts? Thanks.
11 AnswersParenting1 decade agoAntibiotics not working for dog, what's wrong?
My dog had high white cell blood count and blood in his urine. He was on antibiotics for 2 weeks, it came back after 4 days, he was on a stronger antibiotic for a week, still blood in his urine. On the same string antibiotic for another week. What could be going on? I may have to go to another vet. I kind of feel like this one is going to start testing for everything for the money. Thanks for any help. He is 12 years old.
3 AnswersDogs1 decade agoCan a 3 1/2 year old have OCD?
I'm loosing my mind with my son. If something is not done the way he wants it he freaks out and will redo it. Like close a door just to open it again. Also he has routines that he can not break without freaking out. He has to say good morning to his sister in her crib, if I take her out before he says good morning, he FREAKS. Is he just being 3?
P.S. before any ask, I'm not looking for a medical diagnoses, just a opinion from other parents. Thanks.

9 AnswersParenting1 decade agoJust took a poll, is this really the norm?
Just took a yahoo poll on the shine site. 35% of people get 2-3 hours a day to themselves. This was the highest answer
http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/parenting/#pollId-E...
Seriously???? How do you get that kind of time to yourself??? How much time a day do you get to yourself (work not included)?
My vote was "I can't even remember"
