My friend received a ticket for illegally possessing alcohol back in September, and the officer who gave her the ticket told me that because she is a student that she can fight it for a lesser charge. She set up a court date which is the end of February, and she isn't sure how to go about anything. What does she say, when she is in court. What does she do? The officer was on a bike, he did not ask for government ID, he only asked for her student ID which he said was fine. But it does not include her birthday, age, address, etc. It only has my name and student number. We had a floor meeting with our residence assistants, they said that if we were out and about to have our alcohol in a opaque mug with a lid we would be fine. The officer approached and grabbed the cup from her hands, took the lid of and smelled it then dumped it. He had to ask her what it was. She was honest, told him nothing but the truth, she complied and did what he asked. This is the situation and she was wondering what to do.

So I've had acne since I was probably 13-14 and I've used different things then my brother suggested pro-active solution. So I tried that and it worked for a while then I started getting pimples again and they would leave scars. I went to the doctor and went on the pill, it's tri-cyclen lo and I've been on it for a month. He also prescribed differin gel and I stopped using pro-active and started using that. I think i've been using it for about a week and my skin is now really really dry, and my forehead has these red scaly itchy patches on it and they won't go away. Also my acne has gotten worse not better! I have no idea what to do I'm just so tired of having acne please help me !!!! Should I give it time or should I stop using it ? Also what are your success stories and what have you used to get rid of your acne? Please please help me !! Thanks in advance!!

Today I just got a new HTC Amaze from Telus, and there are a few problems. When I turn it on, it says that there is no sim card in the phone, but there is. The sim card is in the right way and we've tried taking it out and putting it back in but still the same thing. Also I can't connect to my wi-fi ! It says error when I try to connect. And when i try to turn on the portable wi-fi hotspot, my phone shuts off! What the frig is wrong with it!!!!? I was so excited about the phone, and now im depressed because it's not working right. AND i signed a 3 year contract so that sucks even more. Please help me!

So I'm asking for a new phone for Christmas. I've had the same one for over four years....and its a crappy phone at that. The LG rumor. I want a phone that's going to last me, as I'm going to university in a few years and want something good. So at first I automatically wanted in iphone, but then EVERYONE in my school has one, and I just don't find them that great anymore. So I was looking at the LG Optimus Black, it looked like a decent phone. But now I heard HTC phones are really fast and are awesome phones, so I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO GET. Please give me your opinion on which phones are better, and what phone you would get. With the HTC I was leaning towards the sensation, the raider or the amaze. So which one is the best. Okay, so heres the deal. I have a cat and she seems to have contracted fleas from outside, we got her advantage and it seemed to work for a little while. Now it seems she has got them again, we bought her a flea collar as well, but i dont think it worked. We just recently got a new puppy a couple of days ago, we cleaned our whole house and sprayed it with safe flea spray but we think he already has fleas as well. I noticed some black dirt stuff on his neck, and i think its flea dirt. So please does anyone know how we can get rid of fleas for good? We are clean people but there just so annoying and they wont go away. I dont want our new puppy to go through the whole flea problem. So please somebody help us!

Okay, so in an earlier question i told you that i had a little red bump on my nose. I kept soaking my nose in warm water and sea salt, again it almost went away and then i woke up and bam it was getting red and big again. Is there a reason it keeps coming back ? Im going to have to try another method i guess, but can anyone tell me their success stories and what works the best ? i really just want this to go away, im starting to get really aggravated . help me pleasee :)

Okay, so i've had my nosed pierced since august and when i got it pierced it was just fine. Then one day i was washing my face and my nose ring got caught in the facecloth and i pulled it out. Im pretty sure it was after that the bump formed . Its a BIG red gross bump, and i really dislike it . I dont think its something that im supposed to pop because when i play with it or mess around with it, it swells and gets bigger after a while. I did the whole sea salt soaks, and they worked really good my bump was almost gone and then for some reason it came back . >.< I've put polysporin on it and alcohol and peroxide ( even tho people say its bad ) and IT WONT GO AWAY . I dont want to take out my nose ring because i love it alot and it suits me . But i dont want to walk around with a huge red bump in it . Its disgusting and i REALLY want it to go away . Please if you have has this problem tell me your solutions ! I would really appreciate it ! If you could also tell me what it is, that would be good :) I've googled it and everything but i need some personal experiences. !

Okay, i downloaded Frostwire after the whole limewire thing went down and it was working fine. Now When i click on a song to download, it will say its connecting then it will say needs more sources ? what does that mean ? ! I clicked on the find sources button but that doesnt work ? please help me, I NEED NEW MUSIC <3

Okay so limewire has stopped working, and that was my main music downloader and now its gone. So i downloaded Ares, but i have no idea how to get the music from Ares to itunes !? Is Ares good ? Does it have viruses or whatever. And does anyone know any other music downloading programs that are good ? Please help, its greatly appriciated :)

Okay, so here's the deal. I was born with EXTREMELY curly hair, and i am desparately seeking new hair ideas. My usual routine is to wake up at 6:30am on a school day so i can have a shower. Because the only way i can handle/tame my curly hair is to put hair mousse in it. My hair is seriously wild, and the only other way i can do my hair is to put it in a bun. It's really thick, and im really getting tired of the whole mousse routine, i need something new. By the way, i can't straighten it because it takes about 2-3 hours to do it all, so obviously thats out of the question. And sometimes i just really don't feel like taking a shower everyday, i mean i like showers and im a clean person don't get me wrong its just annoying when the only reason i need a shower is so i can get my hair wet. But when i don't, i have to put my hair up in a bun because its really puffy and big when i sleep on it and it just looks plain weird. I really need help, im so tired of my hair ! I need different ideas !
