Almost everytime I drive I feel a panic attack come on, I feel like I am going to faint, my heart races. I pull over but sometimes have to pull over multiple times before i get where i need to be.

It started over my car breaking down, and I fear it will happen again, becuse I need work done on it but can't afford it. I don't know wy this would affect me so much, it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal to anyone else. It's starting to ruin my life though HELP

I was driving home last night when I felt dizzy. I was so dizzy I had to pull over. My heart was pounding so hard and felt Like I could hear it. AN ambulance came and said my heart was elevated(went back to noraml with in 5 minutes) and my blood pressure was up.(also went back down with in 5 minutes). I didn't go to the hospital I went home and later when i was going to bed I felt nausea. I didn't feel stressed or anxious before it happened, but the paramedics though it could have been a panic attack. HELP! Do I just move on and hope it never happens again or go to a doctor?

Driving from ny and not sure what to do. What time do u think they will announce that?

I have a couple large perfectly spun webs in my porch. I noticed there is only a large brownish spider in it at night. I want to get rid of the webs, How to I do it. I don't want them to come back

I have several GIANT spiders on my porch. IT is a brick porch with black iron rails. There is more than one giant perfectly spun web. I only notice a medium size brownish spider at night. I want to get rid of the webs any suggestions

My son will be 2 next month. All of a sudden he screams and cries bloody murder for everything. If i say no or take something awaay from him. He is so loud i am afraid the nieghbors can hear.

My nieghbor is a grouchy huntch back b i t c h who has been nothing but rude to me since i moved in. She's crazy. She called animal control because my dog was taking a crap on my lawn and running back and forth playing. She wasn't near her. And she started screamming like a mad women to put my dog in the house. My black lab she is years old, ran out of my apartment and jumped on a person walking by. I found a yellow violation notice on my door. I don't have a lincese and her rabis shot experied and the animal control officer wnats me to call him with the #'s for those documents. Wht will happen since I don't have them. I live in NY and dont lnow the rules. Help!

OMG- I have a 6 year old daughter and 20 month old son. My daughter just won't listen i try punishing her to her room or taking things away but it doesn't phase her. She still acts up and doesn't listen.

My son won't stop screaming and throwing tantrums. We are leaving her vacation in two weeks to disney with my in-laws and their kids, but i am so nervous, i don't think i will enjoy it because my kids can't behave. HELP

I called in sick to work for the first time in like 8 months, i have only called in twice, and people call in all the time. I got attitude from one of by bosses that I am friends with. Why so nasty to me? I dont ever call in.

I have an interview with a school that helps the learning disabled. It would be for an assistant teacher for 1:1 work with children with autism, down syndrome, and oher disablities. I really want this job. I have always wanted to work with the disabled, but i am terrible in interviews, and bable because of my nerves. Help! Can you give me advice and tips to stay calm.
