My xbox 360 will not read the disc it says open tray, any ideas out there?

There was a game put on my computer about 10 min, ago by my grandson and will not run and i can not remove this from my computer, when trying this is what comes up.

I have a plastic protection cover over my display panel that is suppose to be removed after purchase by just pealing it off, well i didn't now 5 years later display face looks bad and plastic won't peel off in all places to show like new display.

Seeking opinion, when installing a 4 wire plug to a dryer and the green ground hooks to the ground screw and the dryer has a extra green ground inside the dryer just hanging there not hooked to anything and i want to hook it up with other ground, what do you think of the extra ground?

Do you think that is will help the economy and create jobs like they have been saying on the news? When everything else is climbing in cost. I see it helping pay a months bills, not going on a shopping spree,( a little to little and a little to late )

I have windows XP with browseui.dll issues, computer won't work at all, can't open in safe mode what so ever, will not boot from a floppy or cd, no task bar nothing. Have downloaded a fix on my other computer but like i said other one won't let me do anything. Any ideas how to force this machine to read a disk or floppy?

I am being billed by RunScape and have tried everything to clear this up and cannot get no help. Under cancel account it says my credit card is not in there system and i have no account.
