My nose ring fell out in my sleep, well I honestly don't know what happened to it, but when I woke up it wasn't there! Lol, this was 10 days ago. All thats left is a black mark.. and I am anxious to get it back! Lol... ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Except getting my other nostril pierced.. if I ever decide to take it out, I don't want two scars! Lol just not going to happen.

I got the job at Barnes and Noble! She called and offered me the position as a part-time book seller, the thing is she said she was going to call me back with a start date and date of orientation last week and hasn't called back since! I really want to start and I am so impatient!

Should I just call? And what should I say?

I went to a small local independent car repair shop yesterday just to get a simple oil change like I do every 2 months or so. I usually go to Auto Zone or Jiffy Lube but the oil change here was on sale for $15. Now I've had my car a year & I literally got it looked at like 3 weeks ago & there have been minor $100 repairs which happens with a lot of ised cars which is no biggie. But this time after he looked at the car he said it had about $1600 worth in repairs & even tried to set up an appointment! Um HELLO how do you know I have this money?? !Now mind you I usually go to these places with my dad & never have a problem, I was all by myself this time I'm a female & I'm young so I'm thinking he thought it was easy to trick me. Do repair shops trick people into believing there's more wrong with their car than it actually is??? Thank you!

My sister has been at work sincr 4pm & it's 1 am now! That's 9 hours! She's a high school student I get it it's Halloween but she should not be working 9 hours that's too Damon long, should I call her job to let her off??

When I drink, I DRINK i always get extremely drunk but I NEVER get hangovers, not that I want them at all but I'm just curious as to why? All my friends get hangovers even the older ones who've been drinking for years. I'm soooo thin I'm like 114 lbs & I just think it's odd, Any who thanks in advance!

I'm having SEVERE menstrual cramps & I just cannot make to work I can't even get out of my bed. I usually take a prescription drug for cramps but I have no access & nothing else for me works. I already called my job to tell them I can't make it but now my main supervisor is calling me back trying to ask me what the resson is. I NEVER miss a day this is literally the first day I've missed work so in MONTHS so it is not a habit. Is he allowed to do that like it's really non of his business I've already talked to s manager I shouldn't have to talk to two! Thanks in advance.

My best friend's brother has apparently developed a crush on me out of the blue. I used to have the biggest crush on him when I was like 14 but it was innocent cause he's older and had tons of girlfriends so I didn't expect anything. Now 6 years later he texted me out of the blue saying he's wanted me for a while now & I'm honestly just not into it I have WAY to much going on & I'm not ready for any type of relationship with anyone, but besides that I don't have feelings for him but I really don't know what to say. How do I tell him?? Thanks in advanced!

I had a drug test on Thursday the 24th. The last time I smoked before that was almost a month (28 days). It's been a week & I still haven't heard anything. I'm soooo nervous what if I failed! I'm very thin & I have a very very fast metabolism so I'm thinking I should pass right! I kush don't know. Is it more likely I passed or not? Thank you!

I have a drug test coming soon & I'm worried I won't pass. I don't smoke a lot. The last time I got really high was at the end of April & a couple of times in between that & May 27th & I didn't even get that high. I'm really thin & I have a very fast metabolism. I weight 116 & I'm 5,9.5 I work out every now & then. Should I be ok or should I skip it.

I don't smoke a lot probably once every couple a weeks or so. But at the end of April I got extremely high maybe 1 or two times. Then got a little high in the beginning of May. The last time i smoked was May 27th & I didn't smoke that much & I wasn't really high either. My sisters CONSTANTLY miss the bus & I always end up having to take them & it'll be like 6 am. I always take them & my mom doesn't say anything. There is a bus & they spend too much time in thd mirror in the morning & miss it all the time. My mom is so weak she doesn't make them learn for themselves. Today's their last day & they have finals & I'm not moving. Theirs make up finals tomorrow. It's not my problem. Am I wrong?

On Monday I went to fill out an application at a local restaurant as a hostess. The manager was there & was sooo excited that I came in cause they've been looking for someone. The general manager wasn't there but they said they were gonna call me, that was Monday it's Friday now & I've been waiting, should I just call & follow up?

My little sister (16) is sooooo unbelievably disrespectful to mom. She constantly talks back, when my mom says no, she does things anyway, she leaves without permission & my mom doesn't do anything. My mom just lost her only brother so she's in a very fragile place & still my sister doesn't care she treats her like ****. She doesn't listen to me & I don't know what to do. A part of me thinks I should just stay out of it but I have to live through it, what should I do??

I'm 20 and I'm signed to a modeling agency. I just so happen to be the oldest girl all the other girls are 16, 17 & juniors in high school (I graduated in 2012). I don't really talk to them I can't bond with them at all really. I'm African American & they're Caucasian (which doesn't mean anything) but it makes it even harder to become friends because my experiences in life in general are sooo different from theirs. We just don't have a lot in common. Is that a bad thing or...? Please do not be ignorant, thank you!
