  • How to get my roommate out?

My husband and I decided to take on a roommate in our home. We had her sign a roommate agreement that we found at Lawdepot.com. Things are not working out the way that we wanted and she is driving us insane. The smell that comes from her living area is terrible among many other issues. She is not on the lease at all. Are we bound to keep her here because of the roommate agreement like a lease or is the agreement just a document that says we will follow a set of rules?

  • Why am I having dreams of spiders only to wake to one in my bed?

I often dream of spiders only to wake up with a spider in my bed. I have a fear of spiders and don't know why this is happening to me all the time. They don't bother my husband, just me. The last two experiences I have woken to find the damn spider on my chest and then tonight on my forehead. The first time this happened to me I was dreaming there was a spider on my legs, I woke up with bite on my leg and found a spider in the sheets. I have torn my room apart and vacuumed under the bed and the base boards. I change my sheets often and am a very clean person. This seems crazy to me. I am generally a very sane person, but this is driving me nuts. Anyone have a similar experience or maybe some sort of an explanation? Anyone know how to interpret these things?

  • What are the white bubbly things in my fresh salmon?

I was filleting a salmon that a friend gave to me and I came across white bubbly things down near the tail. These did not resemble eggs at all and were through the flesh. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Roommate snooping through legal documents in email?

My husband and I took in a friend of ours who is pregnant and has a three year old. She had no where to go and we thought we would help her out. We thought we could trust her not to go through our personal stuff. She has been told that the lap top computer is off limits. She seemed ok with that. We have a desktop computer that she is allowed to use to check her email.

My husband and I went out of town for the day. My husband noticed that around 3 pm his blackberry started signing out of his emails on and off. He checked the history for that day on the lap top when we got home. It turns out that she went through our email account. She went into a folder labeled "legal documents" and snooped through a few of our legal letters between our lawyer and us. She snooped through another folder we have of letters from a dear friend of ours. My husband should have put a password on his lap top or at least taken the auto sign in on his messenger off (that's how she got in). She was the last person we thought would ever do something like this, but obviously we were wrong.

We took screen shots of the history that proves she was in our email. It first shows history of her email and a few other sites and then our email, folders, and documents that were opened. It is all time and date stamped. I want to know if we can press charges. I am not going to, I just want to be able to tell her that pressing charges would be an option. We are kicking her out this week. She is not on our lease. We have made sure that she has a place to go now as we do not want to just put her and her son out on the street.

We have now locked both computers with passwords and all loose documents around the house have been locked up and our door locks are all being changed.

Any opinions or advise would be appreciated :)
