I have gone from dayshift to nightshifts now and my usuall breakfast is 8-10 weetbix everyday, now when getting home off nightshift i have breaky then go to bed straight away and wake up at 4pm so i miss lunch all together, 2 nights a week i train doing MMA and i cant have a huge snack before training as ill see it again, i am looking towards protein shakes as a better substitute for breakfast and when i wake up before training, now here is the issue what type of protein powder to choose as there are so many diff types and combinations to pick from, i am not a body builder so im not looking for huge weight gain or bulking stuff, thanks.

I seen a preview on a rented dvd about a war where they are end up in a church, orphanage or something and have to defend it, it is a world war 1 or 2 movie but not sure which one, i have tried google and no luck anyone got any ideas, wish i could remember the dvd it was previewed on, thanks.

What would be better for gaming the AMD 6400 dual core or the AMD 9950 quad core, i am not sure what to pick, i will be using it with a geforce 8300 motherboard and a geforce 9800gx2 video card with 8 gb ram, sound blaster fatal1ty pro sound card. This is what i want to build for gaming only. Any other suggestions as i am new to building PCs.

My Pc is AMD 3800 dual core, 2 gb ram, ATI X1600 gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939, windows XP, need to upgrade card for top quality gaming even looking at faster processor too. What card do you think? Was considering Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 Video Card any thoughts?
