I have been deeply hurt by trusting my sister in law over and over again only to be let down and hurt over and over. Well today she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and she has to have both breasts removed. So what do i do now?

My sister-in-law was seen telling her three year old daughter to point to privates and say that her daddy touched her there. She is going through a family court case with father. Can father report this to police if he has signed statement from person who witnessed the incident of her coaching her daughter to do this, and if so what will they do?

Last year mother in law received 12,000 from a lawsuit her deceased husband had filed before he passed away, but she did not know that she was suppose to report it to SSI. well my sister in law is out to get her anyway possible and has threatened to report her for not reporting this income. what can happen to her ? and what can we do to resolve it before my sister in law does this?

I use to use drugs, and I now have 8 years clean and I have gone through treatment, but I am now taking classes in criminal justice to get my degree. I am just scared that once I am done I won't be able to be hired anywhere because of my past. Has anyone been through this ? Or have any insight?

16 Year old son was caught stealing a $6 item at K-mart, they did not call police, and he was not arrested, and they released him to me. I now receive a letter asking for $375.00.. Should I pay what will happen if I don't?

my sons girlfriend is obsessed with him and will do what ever is necessary to see my son , which includes defying her parents so they have made up a bunch of lies and filed a civil harassment order(restraining order) to keep them apart. So how do I fight the lies they have told.

My sons girlfriend has the father from hell! He puts his daughter in a mental institution when she defies him and sees my son, and now he has filed a restraining order against my son claiming all sorts of outrageous things, like our house is a drug house, and when she comes home from our house she has bruises all over her from our family, and that I signed for her to get a tattoo (which I didn't), that she skips school weeks at a time and comes to my house and that I have taught her to smoke dope and I give her cigarettes . It is all totally outrageous and completely untrue. In fact I have only seen this man once in my life and that was at the hearing. I agree that the two of the should not see each other anymore, but what do I do about all the lies?

Filed claim Aug 14, 2009. Was denied, appealed, didn't have hearing until January 8, 2010. Just received decision today February 10, 2010. I won! Was wondering if anyone else has similar experience, and how long it took them to receive benefits?
