my last sexual encounter was almost exactly 6 weeks ago.

we used protection and he did not come into my vagina.

i have had a period since then...but it was rather light. lighter than usual.

i am expecting my next period toward the end of the month...it should happen this weekend.

the last couple of days i have had a brown discharge when i wipe, but nothing in my pee.

i have experienced a few headaches.

i have also had really slight cramps...nothing that i notice until i am relaxing or laying down.

my skin broke out horribly last week, which is normal but usually right when my period is about to start and not way before.

i have NOT experienced any nausea or morning sickness.

i have NOT noticed any breast tenderness or nipple discoloration.

i have NOT experienced any fatigue (i usually sleep a lot but i've not felt sleepy when i am awake).

i have NOT experienced any increased urge to urinate.

i have NOT experienced any cravings for food or aversion to smells. there is a chance that my sense of smell might be stronger...but that also might be my paranoia.

the reason for my concern is mostly the light period and the discharge i am experiencing now...i have had brown discharge at the end of my period but never before.

and all of the early symptoms of pregnancy can happen any time before 12 weeks and i know everyone experiences it differently...

what do you think?

Long story. I have potting soil in my kitchen sink is really all you need to know. I've removed most of what is visible, but I'm worried for what lies beneath. The sink is draining extremely slow. Would a product like Drano be sufficient for removing the potting soil stuck in the drain? Any other suggestions?

i've heard that these so called "body waves" are the alternative to the typical Annie perm, creating long loose curls versus a fro. Has anyone ever had one? What are they like and how long will it last? would you recommend them to anyone?

I got my nose pierced a while back and I loved it! But my mother freaked out and made me remove it. I would like to get it re-pierced now that I've moved out of my house and I'm living 2 hours away. I want to get a ring this time instead of just a stud like the first time. So my questions are...

1. How long do you have to leave a nose piercing in before you can replace it with a spacer without risk of infection?

2. Do you have any tips on how to cover up a spacer? Like with concealer and makeup?

3. what is the best way to clean a nose piercing and how often should you? When i got mine pierced the first time they sold me some salt water spray but I've heard dial soap and hot water will work just fine.

any tips would be nice! :D

i'm doing a powerpoint for a project in one of my classes, I have to present to the class using a PC. I've had to do this before and it always changes my powerpoint and won't display pictures. Is there a way for me to convert the files? or am i just going to have to deal with it?

ok so me and my friend were watching Garden State earlier and there is a scene where zach braff is looking directly into a mirror. how the heck did they film this?! how is there not a camera in the reflection? do they just edit it out?

after this semester I am totally out of basic courses and I still have no idea what I want to do with my life. Well, that is a lie. I would kill to be a theatre major, theatre is the only thing I love. My parents won't pay for my college if I go that route. My mom keeps pushing me to be a communications major...but i have NO IDEA what you do with that.

i've considered international studies.

I love political science, english, and history. I can't consider anything math or science heavy.

so basically I need to know if anyone knows anything about these majors, what your major was and the kind of job you have now, or any suggestions that may help me!

A. Through what distance does a steel ball travel in the first 0.8 seconds of its flight (assume that g = 10m/s²)

B. In the first 1.6 seconds?

I used the equation d= v₀t + 1/2at² and got

A. d = 4m

B. d = 14.4m

I have no idea if these are correct, please help!

I have the following question on my physics homework for tonight and I'm having a really hard time answering it:

Is it possible for an object to have a horizontal component of velocity that is constant at the same time that the object is accelerating in the vertical direction. Give examples.
