I have a friend married to a Filipina and they bought an expensive house in the Phillippines.The house is in her name. If she dies before him, is there any way he can get it/keep it?

People that are "pro-il*egals" or "pro amnes*y" try to justify breaking the law by claiming that ALL il*egal aliens are hard workers that ONLY want to support their family. They are people from many different countries that break the law to come here, and often continue to break many other laws upon arrival here. Stolen SS #'s, stolen identities, collaberating with corrupt employers (also guilty) to work under the table or other methods of scamming the system, thus not paying any taxes whatsoever, and on and on. Il*egal aliens own countrymen that came here legally resent and hate those that don't "wait in line" like the rest. I have yet to see any pro il*egal alien supporter justify or even acknowledge this!!
