Is it possible (I think it is) to program a cell in Microsoft Excel to change color if it is a certain value? I'm trying to make a simple spreadsheet for myself to keep track of my money flow, and if I have a negative flow, I want the final cell to turn red. I know it was possible in Office 2003, but now that I have Office 2007, I can't find the way to do it. Also, it's been about 3 years since I've done anything like this, so I'm a bit rusty. Can anyone give me directions?

I heard a few years ago that there is one day of the year when there are no professional sports being played, i.e. NBA, NFL, MLB, NASCAR, Soccer, PGA, or anything else. Is this true? The day I was told is the day after the MLB allstar game. Can someone help me?

Going back to the original Halloween, staring Jamie Lee Curtis and directed by John Carpenter....why is her name Lorie Strode, while her brother's name is Michael Myers? I'm not sure if I just missed it, or if some explanation never happened. In Halloween H2O, she had changed her name again, but that was to allow herself to disappear. Could someone please help?

Everyone who is alive is at risk for HIV or multiple other desieses, and yet the Red Cross still discriminates against gay men, not allowing them to donate, reguardless of whether they're healthy or not. Isn't this a bit out-dated? Is there a better reason besides gay men might be at a higher risk for HIV?
