I asked this question at the start of the season... one person said mid-table, one person said above the relegated 3 of Reading, Wigan and Norwich.

What are people saying now?

I have a mid-2009 15 inch MacBook Pro laptop. I've just bought an HP Compaq LA2405x monitor. I realised when I opened it that I would need to buy more stuff in order to connect them, so I bought an Apple Mini DisplayPort To VGA Adapter. There are no instructions anywhere and HP have been very unhelpful, but what I thought seemed right to do was to plug the VGA cable into the monitor, connect the other end to the Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter, then plug that into the DisplayPort on my laptop. When I do this my computer shuts down instantly. When I turn it back on, it seems completely unaware that there is a monitor connected - likewise, the monitor seems to know nothing about the laptop. When I turn the monitor on it scans, but does not find any monitor.

Do I have the right connector? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be huuuuuugely appreciated!!!
