  • How much will Mitt Romney raise in 2012?

Assuming that Romney ends up going against Obama... Will he come close to the magical billion that Obama might reach? Does anyone think that Obama will not reach the billion mark?

Most recent data I've seen have Obama at 200 million already?

I am going to compete next weekend on the Mt SAC course and are aiming for a sub 15:50... I am wondering if anyone knows how I should start, go up certain hills, go down the hills? I already have set in mind that I will go very hard between the poopout hill and reservior hill.. or course I will go as hard as possible in the last 800m too... but any ideas for the other parts of the race? where should I pick it up or maybe stay comfortable?

  • Do Microwaves Have a Negative Nutritional Impact on my Food?

My mom for some time has told me that heating my food in the microwaves has a highly negative impact due to messing with the molecular structure of enzymes in my food... I am unsure of this, so I ask the people of Yahoo Answers whether this has any merit..

  • Why do tests give points for writing your name?

I doubt that there is not a reason for this...

An example would be California's CST (state test)

It is out of 600 but 150 points are given just for putting your name on the test..

This is funny because a person scoring 400 thinks that it is such a good score.. and I thought so too, until I figured that it was a 56%

Anyone know why they would add on the points like that?

  • What is the meaning of "turn your back to the wind" in the song "Life is a Highway" by Rascal Flatts?

What exactly is he trying to say?

    The song goes like

"Well, life's like a road that you travel on

There's one day here and the next day gone

Sometimes you bend, sometimes you stand

Sometimes you turn your back to the wind"
